泰州市試點(diǎn)區(qū)域配電自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)研究
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reliability of power supply in urban distribution network, one of the important methods is to realize the automation of distribution. Under the trend of science and technology, it is difficult for the original traditional distribution system to meet the desired requirements of the present stage. Therefore, more advanced distribution automation system is the inevitable direction of transformation in the development of smart grid at the present stage. In order to better adapt to the development trend of power grid and meet the actual requirements of the development of power grid in China, the construction of distribution automation system in Taizhou City is particularly important. In this paper, Taizhou Pharmaceutical High-tech Industry Development Zone (China Medical City) is selected as the pre-construction area, and the system primary grid is strengthened, and the power grid real-time monitoring and automatic fault processing are realized through the construction of distribution automation system. The effective improvement of the quality and reliability of power supply; Based on the analysis of the present situation of the primary grid, a scheme of load balancing is proposed, such as the connection switch, so as to perfect the feeder automation of the distribution network. By analyzing the demand of the distribution automation system, the complete coverage of the distribution automation system is completed, and the functions of distribution application such as three-remote / second-remote, distribution SCADA, feeder automation, power flow calculation, topology analysis and so on are realized. To achieve the integration of distribution control requirements. Based on the analysis of the current situation of distribution network communication, a distribution network communication system based on optical fiber and wireless is designed and constructed to realize the full coverage of regional communication. For the key nodes in the region, the optical fiber EPON communication mode is used, and the wireless communication mode is used for the common node. The reliability of distribution network communication is improved through reasonable networking mode innovation.
