【摘要】：DS(Dempster-Shafer)證據(jù)理論在不確定推理與信息融合領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,但是當(dāng)證據(jù)嚴重沖突時會出現(xiàn)反直觀結(jié)果的問題。針對這一問題,提出了一種基于沖突證據(jù)修正的DS改進方法,首先根據(jù)各證據(jù)與平均證據(jù)的證據(jù)距離確立各證據(jù)的權(quán)重,以平均權(quán)重為閾值確立沖突證據(jù),然后根據(jù)沖突證據(jù)的權(quán)重對其進行折扣度修正,修正后的證據(jù)再與非沖突的原始證據(jù)使用Dempster組合規(guī)則得到最終推理結(jié)果。仿真實驗表明,有效地改善了經(jīng)典DS證據(jù)理論存在的典型問題,在低沖突證據(jù)和高沖突證據(jù)的融合處理上,本方法相較于其他方法簡單有效,收斂快,可靠性高。
[Abstract]:DS (Dempster-Shafer) evidence theory is widely used in the field of uncertain reasoning and information fusion, but when the evidence conflicts seriously, the problem of counter-intuitive results will occur. In order to solve this problem, a modified DS method based on conflict evidence is proposed. Firstly, the weight of each evidence is determined according to the distance between each evidence and the average evidence, and the conflict evidence is determined by the average weight as the threshold. Then the discounted degree of conflict evidence is modified according to the weight of conflict evidence, and then the modified evidence and the non-conflicting original evidence are combined with the Dempster rule to obtain the final reasoning result. Simulation results show that the typical problems in classical DS evidence theory are effectively improved. Compared with other methods, this method is simpler, faster and more reliable than other methods in the fusion of low-conflict and high-conflict evidence.
