衛(wèi)生紙機(jī)能耗優(yōu)化及自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,生活用紙成為大家日常生活中必不可少的消費(fèi)品。但在全球能源相對(duì)短缺、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈以及環(huán)保力度不斷增強(qiáng)的背景下,降低生產(chǎn)成本、淘汰落后產(chǎn)能是生活用紙行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。尤其是薄利運(yùn)營(yíng)的中小型衛(wèi)生紙企業(yè),只有率先解決衛(wèi)生紙機(jī)的能耗問題,才能提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文從衛(wèi)生紙機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)過程的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合紙機(jī)壓榨部、干燥部的能耗產(chǎn)生原因及影響因素,給出壓榨部和干燥部的能耗優(yōu)化方向,進(jìn)而得到能耗優(yōu)化方案,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)一套基于能耗優(yōu)化方案的衛(wèi)生紙機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),具體完成的工作可以總結(jié)為以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)衛(wèi)生紙機(jī)各分部能耗情況的分析通過對(duì)紙機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)過程的分析,得到紙機(jī)各分部的能耗情況,同時(shí)總結(jié)出紙機(jī)在正常運(yùn)行時(shí)流漿箱、成形部以及卷取部的能耗基本固定,而壓榨部和干燥部的能耗變化范圍較大,并且兩者都具有能耗優(yōu)化的潛質(zhì),最終確定壓榨部和干燥部的能耗優(yōu)化作為本課題的重點(diǎn)研究?jī)?nèi)容。(2)壓榨部能耗的理論分析及優(yōu)化通過對(duì)紙機(jī)壓榨部結(jié)構(gòu)和壓榨脫水原理的分析,得到出壓榨紙幅干度可作為壓榨部的能耗指標(biāo),同時(shí)確定壓榨線壓力和紙機(jī)車速是壓榨部能耗的主要影響因素。結(jié)合紙機(jī)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)測(cè)試并記錄壓榨脫水?dāng)?shù)據(jù),繪制測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)曲線圖并擬合壓榨線壓力、紙機(jī)車速和壓榨紙幅干度三者之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,最終確定壓榨線壓力和紙機(jī)車速的最優(yōu)取值范圍,實(shí)現(xiàn)壓榨部的能耗優(yōu)化。(3)干燥部能耗的理論分析及優(yōu)化以紙幅干燥過程為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合紙幅干燥原理,將干燥部分為蒸汽冷凝水系統(tǒng)、氣罩通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)和熱回收系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而分析各系統(tǒng)的能耗分布特點(diǎn)及影響因素。在保證紙幅自身特性、烘缸傳熱效率和氣罩通風(fēng)效率等因素穩(wěn)定不變的情況下,通過控制熱回收系統(tǒng)的排風(fēng)溫濕度,增強(qiáng)熱回收裝置的能量回收能力,提高熱回收裝置對(duì)新風(fēng)的預(yù)熱溫度,降低新風(fēng)后續(xù)加熱消耗的蒸汽用量,實(shí)現(xiàn)干燥部的能耗優(yōu)化。(4)基于能耗優(yōu)化方案的紙機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合壓榨部和干燥部的能耗優(yōu)化方案,總結(jié)出紙機(jī)傳動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和DCS(Distributed Control System,DCS)控制系統(tǒng)的控制要求,以西門子STEP7和 WinCC7.0 為軟件設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),西門子 S7-300PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)為硬件設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)和Profibus-DP為通訊方式,完成衛(wèi)生紙機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。通過上述分析可知,合理地控制紙機(jī)壓榨部和干燥部的運(yùn)行參數(shù),有利于節(jié)約紙機(jī)生產(chǎn)過程消耗的電能和熱能,實(shí)現(xiàn)紙機(jī)能耗優(yōu)化,同時(shí)降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, living paper has become an indispensable consumer goods in our daily life. However, under the background of the relative shortage of global energy, the increasingly fierce market competition and the increasing intensity of environmental protection, reducing production costs and eliminating backward production capacity are the inevitable trends of the development of domestic paper industry. Especially for the small and medium sized toilet paper enterprises, only by taking the lead to solve the problem of energy consumption of toilet paper machines, can the enterprises enhance their market competitiveness. In this paper, from the point of view of the structure and production process of toilet paper machine, combined with the causes and influencing factors of the energy consumption of the press part and the drying part of the paper machine, the optimization direction of the energy consumption of the press part and the drying part is given, and the optimization scheme of energy consumption is obtained. At the same time, an automatic control system of toilet paper machine based on energy consumption optimization scheme is designed. The specific work can be summarized as follows: (1) the energy consumption of each part of the toilet paper machine is analyzed through the analysis of the structure and production process of the paper machine, and the energy consumption of the various parts of the paper machine is obtained. At the same time, it is concluded that the energy consumption of the flow box, the forming part and the coiling part of the paper machine is basically fixed while the energy consumption of the press part and the drying part is large, and both have the potential to optimize the energy consumption. Finally, the optimization of the energy consumption of the press part and the drying part is determined as the key research content of this subject. (2) the theoretical analysis and optimization of the energy consumption of the press part through the analysis of the structure of the press part of the paper machine and the principle of the press dehydration. It is concluded that the dryness of the paper can be used as the energy consumption index of the press, and the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the press are the press line pressure and the speed of the paper machine. Combined with the actual production test of paper machine and recording of the data of press dehydration, the curve of test data is drawn and the functional relationship among press line pressure, speed of paper machine and dryness of press paper is fitted. Finally, the optimal range of press line pressure and speed of paper machine is determined to optimize the energy consumption of press part. (3) the theoretical analysis and optimization of energy consumption of drying part is based on the process of sheet drying, combined with the principle of sheet drying. The drying part is composed of steam condensate system, air hood ventilation system and heat recovery system, and the distribution characteristics of energy consumption and influencing factors of each system are analyzed. Under the condition that the characteristics of the paper amplitude, heat transfer efficiency of the dryer and ventilation efficiency of the hood are kept stable, the energy recovery capacity of the heat recovery device is enhanced by controlling the exhaust air temperature and humidity of the heat recovery system. Raise the preheating temperature of the heat recovery unit to the fresh air, reduce the steam consumption of the fresh air after heating, (4) Design of paper machine automatic control system based on energy consumption optimization scheme combined with energy consumption optimization scheme of press part and drying part, summarize paper machine drive control system and DCS (Distributed Control System,. DCS) control system, Siemens STEP7 and WinCC7.0 as software design platform, Siemens S7-300PLC (Programmable Logic Controller,PLC as hardware design platform, industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP as communication mode, Complete the design of automatic control system of toilet paper machine. Through the above analysis, it can be concluded that reasonably controlling the operating parameters of the press and drying section of the paper machine is conducive to saving the electric energy and heat energy consumed in the paper machine production process, realizing the optimization of the paper machine energy consumption, reducing the production cost and improving the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
