【摘要】：綜合采用層次分析和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法,構(gòu)建了技術(shù)路線圖文本評(píng)價(jià)層次,以《中國(guó)制造2025機(jī)器人戰(zhàn)略技術(shù)路線圖》、《美國(guó)機(jī)器人路線圖》、《歐盟機(jī)器人2020路線圖》和《日本機(jī)器人新戰(zhàn)略》為研究對(duì)象,從制作團(tuán)隊(duì)、文本設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)水平和政策改革4個(gè)維度開(kāi)展了中外機(jī)器人制造技術(shù)路線圖文本設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在制作團(tuán)隊(duì)、文本設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)水平質(zhì)量上呈現(xiàn)出"歐盟美國(guó)≥日本中國(guó)"的趨勢(shì),而在政策改革質(zhì)量上則為"日本中國(guó)美國(guó)和歐盟"的趨勢(shì)�；诖�,提出了完善和優(yōu)化中國(guó)機(jī)器人技術(shù)路線圖的啟示。
[Abstract]:Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, the text evaluation level of the technical route map is constructed, which is based on the Strategic Roadmap of 2025 Robots made in China and the Roadmap of American Robots. The Roadmap 2020 of European Union and the New Strategy of Japanese Robotics were studied. The text design evaluation of Chinese and foreign robot manufacturing technology route map was carried out from the aspects of production team, text design, technical level and policy reform.
