實時閉環(huán)監(jiān)控管理的國家電網(wǎng)密集架控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:論文從國家電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)管理檔案文件的實際需求出發(fā),設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了一種具有實時閉環(huán)監(jiān)控管理功能的智能密集架控制系統(tǒng)。相比傳統(tǒng)密集架系統(tǒng)的基于"用時打開、閑時閉合"的基本控制要求,國家電網(wǎng)密集架系統(tǒng)更具有以下特點:1、系統(tǒng)規(guī)模大,其列本體通常由20列左右甚至更多列組成;2、控制響應(yīng)快,要求系統(tǒng)能迅速響應(yīng)管理計算機、主控列和移動列發(fā)出的控制和查詢指令,控制動作無延遲;3、管理要求高,要求快速盤點檔案、實時監(jiān)控并上報所有檔案的存儲變化情況。論文即圍繞該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)開展研究和設(shè)計工作。論文首先研究了國網(wǎng)密集架系統(tǒng)的總體控制框架,構(gòu)建了包括基于STM32F407處理器和RS485總線的系統(tǒng)控制核心和通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、基于RFID射頻的檔案快速盤點系統(tǒng)和基于紅外微傳感器的檔案存儲實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng);其次,論文設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)主控板和電機驅(qū)動板,并完成了相應(yīng)的底層驅(qū)動軟件的開發(fā);第三,論文基于KEILRTX嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng),設(shè)計了多任務(wù)的系統(tǒng)控制邏輯,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)開架、閉架、通風(fēng)等控制功能和溫濕度環(huán)境監(jiān)控,同時完成了人機交互觸摸屏軟件的設(shè)計;第四,設(shè)計了廣播結(jié)合輪詢的系統(tǒng)通信架構(gòu),以及存儲檔案的變位信息管理模式,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)控制的實時響應(yīng)和檔案存儲信息的快速上報;最后,測試了系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件并給出了測試實驗的結(jié)果。論文研究設(shè)計的密集架系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在國家電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)得到成功應(yīng)用?刂葡到y(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠,能夠?qū)崟r響應(yīng)各種控制指令,所有檔案存儲變化均能實時上報,與國家電網(wǎng)的MIS系統(tǒng)結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)了對存儲檔案的實時閉環(huán)監(jiān)控管理。
[Abstract]:According to the actual requirement of the management files of the State Grid system, this paper designs and implements a kind of intelligent dense rack control system with the function of real-time closed-loop monitoring and management. Compared with the basic control requirements of the traditional dense frame system based on "time open, idle time closed", the dense frame system of State Grid has the following characteristics: 1, the system scale is large, its column ontology is usually composed of about 20 columns or more; (2) the control response is fast, and the system is required to respond quickly to the control and query instructions issued by the management computer, the main control column and the moving column, and the control action is not delayed; 3. High management requirements, quick inventory of files, real-time monitoring and reporting of all file storage changes. This paper focuses on the implementation of the system to carry out research and design work. Firstly, the paper studies the overall control framework of the national network dense frame system, and constructs the system control core and communication network based on STM32F407 processor and RS485 bus. The fast inventory system based on RFID radio frequency and the real-time monitoring system of file storage based on infrared microsensor; Secondly, the main control board and motor drive board are designed, and the corresponding bottom driving software is developed. Thirdly, based on the KEILRTX embedded real-time operating system, the multi-task system control logic is designed, and the control functions such as open shelf, closed frame, ventilation and temperature and humidity environment monitoring are realized. At the same time, the man-machine interactive touch screen software is designed. Fourthly, the system communication architecture of broadcast combined with polling is designed, and the management mode of storage files' displacement information is designed, which realizes the real-time response of system control and the fast reporting of archival storage information. Finally, the hardware and software of the system are tested and the test results are given. The dense frame system studied and designed in this paper has been successfully applied in the State Grid system. The control system runs stably and reliably, and can respond to various control instructions in real time. All file storage changes can be reported in real time. Combined with the MIS system of State Grid, the real-time closed-loop monitoring and management of storage files is realized.
