濕焙回轉(zhuǎn)爐控制系統(tǒng)設計及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:濕焙回轉(zhuǎn)爐是利用電熱效應供熱的工業(yè)爐,是對散裝粉末或漿狀流體物料進行熱處理的熱加工設備,廣泛應用于冶金、化工、建材等行業(yè);赟RK-0940電回轉(zhuǎn)爐的工藝特點和傳統(tǒng)溫控系統(tǒng)存在的技術(shù)問題,在研究國內(nèi)外先進控制系統(tǒng)方案的基礎上,完成電回轉(zhuǎn)爐自動控制系統(tǒng)的設計與開發(fā),主要包括:系統(tǒng)的總體方案設計、控制系統(tǒng)軟硬件開發(fā)、通信網(wǎng)絡設計和溫度控制算法研究。濕焙回轉(zhuǎn)爐主要用于對催化劑物料進行電熱加工過程,通過調(diào)節(jié)燃燒室溫度和進料熱處理過程,控制物料溫度。溫控過程主要由調(diào)節(jié)對象、溫度檢測裝置、控制器調(diào)節(jié)和執(zhí)行機構(gòu)等構(gòu)成負反饋閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)。結(jié)合物料電熱處理的工藝特點和控制要求,設計了基于S7-200PLC的濕焙溫控系統(tǒng)。上位機PC系統(tǒng)和主控器通過OPC技術(shù)進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控物料加熱、爐溫的設定、數(shù)據(jù)的運算以及溫度的控制。同傳統(tǒng)的手動控制方式相比較,濕焙電回轉(zhuǎn)爐的工作更加高效、穩(wěn)定和安全。針對含一階積分環(huán)節(jié),并帶有不可測擾動的物料電加熱過程,動態(tài)矩陣控制能優(yōu)化溫度的非線性和不確定性。在已辨識出的模型基礎上,通過對動態(tài)矩陣控制(DMC)和傳統(tǒng)PID控制的分析,提出了以動態(tài)矩陣為基礎的DMC-PID串級預測控制方法。仿真結(jié)果表明,該串級控制方法能夠?qū)崟r反映溫度的動態(tài)特性,其控制效果優(yōu)于常規(guī)PID控制和DMC控制。
[Abstract]:Wet baking rotary converter is an industrial furnace which uses electrothermal effect to heat supply. It is a hot processing equipment for heat treatment of bulk powder or slurry material. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries. Based on the technological characteristics of SRK-0940 electric rotary furnace and the technical problems existing in the traditional temperature control system, the design and development of the automatic control system for the electric rotary converter are completed on the basis of studying the advanced control system schemes at home and abroad. It mainly includes: the overall scheme design of the system, the software and hardware development of the control system, the design of communication network and the research of temperature control algorithm. The wet baking rotary converter is mainly used in the electrothermal processing of catalyst material. The temperature of the material is controlled by adjusting the temperature of combustion chamber and the heat treatment process of feed material. The temperature control process is mainly composed of the adjusting object, the temperature detecting device, the controller adjusting and the executing mechanism, etc. A wet baking temperature control system based on S7-200PLC was designed according to the process characteristics and control requirements of electrothermal treatment of materials. The upper computer PC system and master controller transmit data through OPC technology to realize remote monitoring and control of material heating, furnace temperature setting, data operation and temperature control. Compared with traditional manual control, wet baking electric rotary furnace is more efficient, stable and safe. The dynamic matrix control can optimize the nonlinearity and uncertainty of temperature for the electric heating process of materials with undetectable disturbance and first-order integral. Based on the identified model and the analysis of dynamic matrix control (DMC) and traditional PID control, a DMC-PID cascade predictive control method based on dynamic matrix is proposed. The simulation results show that the cascade control method can reflect the dynamic characteristics of temperature in real time, and its control effect is better than that of conventional PID control and DMC control.
