多粒度粗糙直覺(jué)模糊截集理論及其應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Intuitionistic fuzzy set is a generalization of fuzzy set, which includes two functions, membership degree and non-membership degree, which can better describe fuzziness and imprecision information in daily life. With the development of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets have been widely used in many fields. As an important knowledge of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, the theory of cut sets plays an important role in the fields of fuzzy algebra and fuzzy reasoning. Rough set theory is a mathematical theory which can effectively analyze and deal with uncertain, inconsistent and incomplete information. Multi-granularity rough set is proposed based on the research of rough set theory in the angle of granular computing, which makes up for the deficiency of approximate representation of rough set by an equivalent class determined by an equivalent relation. Optimistic and pessimistic multi-granularity rough set models are extended from multi-granularity rough sets. The combination of intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and multi-granularity rough set theory has become a research hotspot. Moreover, the representation of multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets is rarely studied from the perspective of cut sets of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Based on the theory of multi-granularity rough set and intuitionistic fuzzy set, this paper studies the fusion of multi-granularity rough set and intuitionistic fuzzy set from the angle of cut set, and constructs optimistic and pessimistic multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy set model. Its properties are proved and applied to practical problems to verify the validity of the model. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) aiming at the representation of multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets, based on the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, the optimistic and pessimistic multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets models are constructed according to decomposition theorem and cut set theory. The upper and lower approximations of optimistic and pessimistic multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets are defined, and the properties of some multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets are proved. (2) by studying the similarity of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, a similarity calculation formula is given. Combined with the constructed multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy set model, the steps of solving the upper and lower approximation of the multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy set based on similarity are given. (3) the optimistic and pessimistic multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy set models are used. Wheat growth assessment system and land rational planting allocation system were designed to analyze and discuss the validity of optimistic and pessimistic multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets model. Based on the research of pessimistic and optimistic multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets model constructed by intuitionistic fuzzy sets, the theory of multi-granularity rough intuitionistic fuzzy sets is enriched and perfected, and the application fields of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and rough sets are expanded.
