基于模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制的礦熱爐電極調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:礦熱爐系統(tǒng)是一個非線性、強(qiáng)耦合、多變量的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)。該文針對礦熱爐電極控制這個隨機(jī)干擾十分嚴(yán)重的非線性時變系統(tǒng),設(shè)計了模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制器。給出了Matlab仿真框圖及階躍響應(yīng)的仿真曲線。試驗結(jié)果表明,該控制器可以有效地調(diào)節(jié)電極的升降,將電弧的弧長控制在期望值,系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)快、抗干擾能力強(qiáng),可以有效地降低礦熱爐的能耗。
[Abstract]:The thermal furnace system is a nonlinear, strongly coupled, multivariable complex system. In this paper, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed for a nonlinear time-varying system with severe stochastic disturbance. The block diagram of Matlab simulation and the simulation curve of step response are given. The experimental results show that the controller can effectively adjust the rise and fall of the electrode, control the arc length to the expected value, the system response is fast, the anti-interference ability is strong, and the energy consumption of the furnace can be reduced effectively.
