基于PLC的紙紗復合袋糊底機的控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,人們的環(huán)保意識逐漸增強,以易降解的紙質包裝取代塑料包裝已成為包裝行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。新型紙紗復合袋具有強度高、韌性好、節(jié)省材料等優(yōu)點,可應用于水泥、石灰、化工原料等產品的包裝。目前,這種新型環(huán)保包裝袋已成為紙質包裝中的主流產品。但是,紙紗復合袋的糊底工序繁多,因此國內針對紙紗復合袋的糊底設備還存在很多不足。而國外的糊底設備工作效率高且自動化程度高,但是價格較高、后期維護不便,生產成本過高,不利于企業(yè)經營。所以,設計符合我國實際使用需求的紙紗復合袋糊底設備,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文針對我國企業(yè)的需求,以紙紗復合袋的糊底工藝為基礎,設計了一套基于PLC的紙紗復合袋糊底機的控制系統(tǒng),其主要內容分為三大部分:糊底機控制系統(tǒng)設計、糾偏控制系統(tǒng)設計、監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計。首先,根據(jù)紙紗復合袋糊底的工作流程、技術參數(shù)和控制要求,并在對幾種現(xiàn)代工業(yè)設備的控制方式比較后,確定了以S7-200型PLC為糊底機控制系統(tǒng)的核心,設計了一套由PLC、溫度傳感器、光電傳感器、步進電機、觸摸屏等構成的控制系統(tǒng),并根據(jù)控制方案,設計了控制系統(tǒng)的硬件部分和軟件部分。其次,針對紙袋在糊底過程中的跑偏問題,設計了糾偏控制系統(tǒng)。利用電橋平衡原理將檢測到的光信號經過A/D轉換模塊后轉化為PLC可識別的電信號與紙袋在正確位置時的電信號進行對比。若對比結果不一致時,則判定紙袋跑偏,此時輸出脈沖至步進電機驅動器,驅動電機工作;若對比結果一致,則判定紙袋沒有跑偏,則不輸出脈沖,糾偏機構不啟動。系統(tǒng)分為檢測部分和控制部分,包括跑偏檢測裝置、測量電路、步進電機驅動程序、信號采集程序等。最后,使用西門子公司推出的MP277型觸摸屏作為人機界面,以便操作人員可以通過人機界面監(jiān)控生產線的運行狀態(tài)。本文設計了用戶登陸畫面、參數(shù)設置畫面、運行狀態(tài)畫面、故障顯示畫面等主要界面,使用WinCC flexible組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)畫面,完成人機界面的繪制。本文針對糊底機存在的問題,設計了一套基于PLC的糊底機的控制系統(tǒng),采用PLC為控制核心,結合溫度傳感器、光電傳感器等器件,通過觸摸屏實現(xiàn)對生產線的遠程監(jiān)控,系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)用戶需要的紙袋尺寸自動糊底,使糊底效率和自動化程度都有所提升。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually strengthened. It has become an inevitable trend of packaging industry to replace plastic packaging with degradable paper packaging. The new paper yarn composite bag has the advantages of high strength, good toughness and material saving. It can be used in the packaging of cement, lime, chemical raw materials and so on. At present, this new environmental-friendly packaging bag has become the mainstream of paper packaging products. However, there are a lot of bottom paste processes of paper yarn composite bag, so there are still many deficiencies in domestic paper yarn composite bag paste equipment. The foreign equipment has high efficiency and automation, but the price is high, the later maintenance is inconvenient, the production cost is too high, which is not good for enterprise management. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to design the paper yarn composite bag bottom equipment which meets the practical needs of our country. In this paper, according to the demand of our country's enterprises, a control system of paper yarn composite bag paste bottom machine based on PLC is designed. The main content is divided into three parts: the design of the bottom paste machine control system. Deviation correction control system design, monitoring system design. First of all, according to the working flow, technical parameters and control requirements of the paper yarn composite bag paste bottom, and after comparing the control methods of several modern industrial equipments, it is determined that the S7-200 PLC is the core of the bottom paste machine control system, and a set of PLC, is designed. The control system is composed of temperature sensor, photoelectric sensor, step motor, touch screen and so on. According to the control scheme, the hardware and software parts of the control system are designed. Secondly, aiming at the deviation problem of paper bag in the process of paste bottom, a deviation correction control system is designed. By using the bridge balance principle, the detected optical signals are converted into PLC recognizable electrical signals after the Ar / D conversion module and compared with the electrical signals of the paper bags at the correct position. If the contrast result is not consistent, the paper bag deviation is determined, and the output pulse is output to the stepper motor driver to drive the motor; if the comparison result is consistent, the paper bag does not deviate, then the paper bag does not output the pulse, and the rectifying mechanism does not start. The system is divided into detection part and control part, including offset detection device, measuring circuit, stepping motor driver, signal acquisition program and so on. Finally, the MP277 touch-screen produced by Siemens is used as the man-machine interface, so that the operator can monitor the running state of the production line through the man-machine interface. In this paper, the user login screen, parameter setting screen, running state screen, fault display screen and other main interfaces are designed. The configuration screen of WinCC flexible configuration software is used to complete the drawing of the man-machine interface. In this paper, a control system of bottom paste machine based on PLC is designed, which uses PLC as the control core, temperature sensor, photoelectric sensor and other devices. The remote monitoring of production line is realized by touch screen. The system can automatically paste the bottom according to the size of the paper bag, which can improve the efficiency and automation of the bottom paste.
