一種高精度中紅外大氣甲烷傳感系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:報(bào)道了一種采用中紅外室溫連續(xù)帶間級聯(lián)激光器(ICL)的高精度大氣甲烷檢測系統(tǒng).使用的ICL激光器的發(fā)光波數(shù)范圍為2 998.4~2 999.6cm-1,覆蓋甲烷在2 999.06cm-1處的較強(qiáng)吸收峰.為增強(qiáng)氣體吸收,采用容積為220mL、吸收光程為54.6m多通池作為氣體吸收池.采用LabVIEW平臺(tái)和數(shù)據(jù)采集卡,產(chǎn)生激光器掃描及調(diào)制信號(hào),同時(shí)獲取探測器信號(hào)并采用數(shù)字運(yùn)算提取二次諧波.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)傳感器系統(tǒng)的平均采樣時(shí)間為3.3s時(shí),傳感器系統(tǒng)的阿倫方差為11.2ppbv.采用該系統(tǒng)對實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)外空氣中甲烷濃度進(jìn)行了長時(shí)間的測量,證實(shí)該傳感器系統(tǒng)具有較強(qiáng)的工程實(shí)用價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:A high precision atmospheric methane detection system based on (ICL) is reported. The luminescent wave number of the ICL laser is in the range of 2998. 4 渭 m ~ (-6) cm ~ (-1), covering the strong absorption peak of methane at 2 999.06cm-1. In order to enhance the gas absorption, the volume is 220 mL and the absorption path is 54.6 m multipass cell is used as the gas absorption cell. Using LabVIEW platform and data acquisition card, laser scanning and modulation signals are generated, detector signals are obtained and second harmonic is extracted by digital operation. The experimental results show that when the average sampling time of the sensor system is 3.3 s, the Aram variance of the sensor system is 11.2 ppbv. The system has been used to measure the methane concentration in the air inside and outside the laboratory for a long time. It is proved that the sensor system has strong practical value in engineering.
