【摘要】：對某企業(yè)裝機(jī)生產(chǎn)的高速高精密數(shù)控立式銑床結(jié)構(gòu)動態(tài)特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,特別針對機(jī)床不同位置結(jié)構(gòu)開展一系列動態(tài)特性測試工作,得到頻率和振型等模態(tài)參數(shù),最終結(jié)合測試結(jié)果得到整機(jī)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)主要是鞍座與底座的結(jié)合位置,并且機(jī)床整體布局不合理,重心偏高。從兩個(gè)方面闡述機(jī)床本體結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)動態(tài)特性測試的方法和過程,分別是實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分析測試和機(jī)床切削振動測試。
[Abstract]:The structural dynamic characteristics of high speed and high precision CNC vertical milling machine produced by an enterprise are tested experimentally, and a series of dynamic characteristics testing work is carried out especially for different position structures of machine tools, and modal parameters such as frequency and mode shape are obtained. Finally, the weak link of the whole machine is the combination position of saddle and base, and the overall layout of machine tool is unreasonable and the center of gravity is on the high side. The methods and processes of testing the dynamic characteristics of machine tool body structure system are described from two aspects, namely, experimental modal analysis test and machine tool cutting vibration test.
