基于隧道磁電阻效應(yīng)的微磁物理場探測新體制

【摘要】:為提高導(dǎo)航、制導(dǎo)與引信等系統(tǒng)的探測靈敏度、抗干擾性和微小型化,提出了一種基于隧道磁電阻(TMR)效應(yīng)的微磁物理場探測新體制。討論了導(dǎo)航、制導(dǎo)及引信等系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)基于TMR的微磁物理場探測需解決的幾個關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。分別就TMR磁探測基本技術(shù)理論、三維TMR磁探測器的高靈敏度實現(xiàn)技術(shù)及其電路的設(shè)計、目標探測與識別等問題進行了分析和闡述,并給出了其基本技術(shù)途徑。最后對該體制的應(yīng)用前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the detection sensitivity, anti-jamming and miniaturization of navigation, guidance and fuze systems, a new system based on tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) effect is proposed for micromagnetic physical field detection. In this paper, some key techniques to realize the detection of micromagnetic physical field based on TMR are discussed in the system of navigation, guidance and fuze. The basic technical theory of TMR magnetic detection, the high sensitivity realization technology of 3D TMR magnetic detector and its circuit design, target detection and recognition are analyzed and expounded respectively, and the basic technical approaches are given. Finally, the application prospect of the system is prospected.
