【摘要】：機器人技術(shù)是從二十世紀三十年代興起的,而機器人技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展是從二十世紀七十年代開始的,到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有大約五十年的歷史,雖然發(fā)展的時間不長,但其研究和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域十分廣闊。任何事物的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展都有兩面性,機器人技術(shù)的發(fā)展給人類帶來了好處,也帶來了許多倫理問題,機器人倫理問題研究實質(zhì)是為了更好地處理人和社會之間的關(guān)系,使人和機器人和諧相處,機器人對人更有利。我們應(yīng)該及時注重機器人技術(shù)發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生的倫理問題,總結(jié)并采取相應(yīng)的對策,趨利避害,促進人類社會發(fā)展。本文一共分為五章:第一章為緒論部分主要陳述選題依據(jù)與意義,梳理分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外對機器人技術(shù)發(fā)展倫理問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出研究思路與研究方法以及論文的創(chuàng)新點;第二章主要界定機器人的相關(guān)定義、機器人的分類與構(gòu)成,對機器人在不同領(lǐng)域的運用、機器人技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行詳細闡述,用馬克思主義的觀點界定了倫理的含義;第三章詳細陳述機器人技術(shù)發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的倫理問題,這些問題具體包括機器人對人類道德主體存在的影響、機器人對人類安全的影響、機器人對人類利益的影響、機器人對環(huán)境倫理的影響、機器人對性道德的影響和機器人對家庭倫理的影響;并且探討了導(dǎo)致機器人技術(shù)產(chǎn)生這些倫理問題的原因,主要包括:生命價值的復(fù)雜性、對機器人主體性的認識、倫理原則的缺乏、道德規(guī)范的滯后、技術(shù)的局限性、公民道德與文化素養(yǎng)和政策法規(guī)的不健全。第四章探討根據(jù)機器人倫理問題產(chǎn)生的原因給出了相關(guān)的解決路徑,具體包括:深化對生命價值的認識、深化對機器人主體的認識、構(gòu)建符合機器人技術(shù)發(fā)展趨向的倫理原則、建立符合機器人技術(shù)發(fā)展趨向的道德規(guī)范體系、技術(shù)層面的應(yīng)對策略、提高公民道德文化素養(yǎng)和健全機器人技術(shù)的法律控制。
[Abstract]:Robot technology began to rise in the 1930s, and the rapid development of robot technology began in the 1970s. It has a history of about 50 years, although it has not developed for a long time. But its research and application field is very broad. There are two sides to the emergence and development of everything. The development of robot technology brings benefits to human beings, but also brings a lot of ethical problems. The essence of the research of robot ethical problems is to deal with the relationship between human beings and society better. Make people and robots get along in harmony, robots are better for people. We should pay attention to the ethical problems in the development of robot technology in time, summarize and adopt corresponding countermeasures, seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, and promote the development of human society. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part mainly describes the basis and significance of the topic, combing and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad, summarizing the domestic and foreign research on the ethical issues of robot technology development. And put forward the research ideas and research methods as well as the innovative points of the paper; The second chapter mainly defines the related definitions of robots, the classification and composition of robots, the application of robots in different fields, the emergence and development of robot technology in detail, and defines the meaning of ethics from the viewpoint of Marxism. In the third chapter, the ethical problems arising from the development of robot technology are described in detail. These problems include the influence of robot on human moral subject, the influence of robot on human security, and the influence of robot on human interest. The impact of robots on environmental ethics, the impact of robots on sexual morality and the impact of robots on family ethics; The reasons that lead to these ethical problems are discussed, including the complexity of life value, the understanding of robot subjectivity, the lack of ethical principles, the lag of moral norms, and the limitation of technology. The imperfection of citizen's moral and cultural accomplishment and policies and regulations. The fourth chapter discusses the related solutions according to the causes of robot ethical problems, including: deepen the understanding of the value of life, deepen the understanding of the robot subject, and construct ethical principles that accord with the development trend of robot technology. To establish a moral standard system in line with the development trend of robot technology, to improve the moral and cultural literacy of citizens and to improve the legal control of robot technology.
