基于KUKA機(jī)器人的電熱水器內(nèi)膽摘取系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)某電熱水器生產(chǎn)車間自動(dòng)化程度偏低以及工廠提出的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的需求,結(jié)合工業(yè)機(jī)器人以及工作勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大的特點(diǎn),提出了應(yīng)用機(jī)器人來(lái)摘取內(nèi)膽的自動(dòng)化方案,并設(shè)計(jì)了基于KUKA機(jī)器人的電熱水器內(nèi)膽摘取的自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用PLC作為主控系統(tǒng)來(lái)控制機(jī)器人、懸掛鏈和生產(chǎn)線,并協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)備間的動(dòng)作使之有序進(jìn)行。該自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在某電熱水器生產(chǎn)車間運(yùn)行。用機(jī)器人代替人工作業(yè),提高了車間的生產(chǎn)效率,減少了用工成本,促進(jìn)了工廠的自動(dòng)化建設(shè),達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the low degree of automation in the workshop of an electric water heater and the demands of the factory for automatic production, combined with the characteristics of the industrial robot and the heavy labor intensity, the automatic scheme of using the robot to pick up the inner bile is put forward. The automatic system of removing the tank of electric water heater based on KUKA robot is designed. The system uses PLC as the main control system to control the robot, suspension chain and production line, and coordinate the action between the devices to make it proceed in an orderly manner. The automation system has been in operation in an electric water heater production workshop. The use of robots instead of manual work improves the production efficiency of the workshop, reduces the cost of employment, promotes the automation construction of the factory, and achieves the expected goal of the system design.
