【摘要】：針對武器裝備組合規(guī)劃中存在的選擇難、規(guī)劃難問題,在給定能力需求的條件下,從分析裝備的組合變更對整體體系的影響出發(fā),考慮了總的經(jīng)費預算、年度費用分配、裝備規(guī)劃周期等約束,以能力差距和發(fā)展風險最小為準則,構(gòu)建了雙目標優(yōu)化模型,并設計了基于差分進化和非支配排序的遺傳算法的求解算法,獲得模型的Pareto解。通過逼近理想解排序法方法從所求Pareto解中求得令決策者滿意的折中解。通過一個具體示例驗證了模型和算法的有效性,能夠為武器裝備組合規(guī)劃提供輔助決策。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult selection and planning problems in weapon and equipment combination planning, under the condition of given capability requirement, the total budget and annual cost allocation are considered in order to analyze the influence of the change of equipment combination on the whole system. Based on the constraints of equipment planning cycle and taking the capability gap and the minimum development risk as the criterion, a two-objective optimization model is constructed, and a genetic algorithm based on differential evolution and non-dominated ordering is designed to obtain the Pareto solution of the model. By using the method of approximating the ideal solution, a compromise solution which is satisfactory to the decision maker is obtained from the Pareto solution obtained. A concrete example is given to verify the validity of the model and the algorithm, which can provide auxiliary decision for weapon and equipment combination planning.
