【摘要】：方肩銑刀具有較高的金屬去除率,是銑削加工中最常用的刀具之一。但是方肩銑刀用于銑削封閉型腔時(shí),若進(jìn)刀選取不當(dāng),會(huì)造成加工效率低、加工殘留、頂?shù)兜葐?wèn)題。通過(guò)研究方肩銑刀的進(jìn)刀方式和進(jìn)刀參數(shù),為合理選取進(jìn)刀提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Square shoulder milling cutter with high metal removal rate is one of the most commonly used cutting tools in milling. However, when the square shoulder milling cutter is used to milling the closed cavity, if the feed is not selected properly, the machining efficiency will be low, the machining residue, the top cutter and so on will be caused. The feed mode and feed parameters of square shoulder milling cutter are studied to provide basis for reasonable selection of feed.
