卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:深度學(xué)習(xí)是目前機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域最熱門的研究方向,轟動(dòng)全球的AlphaGo就是用深度學(xué)習(xí)算法訓(xùn)練的.卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是用深度學(xué)習(xí)算法訓(xùn)練的一種模型,它在計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛,而且獲得了巨大的成功.本文的主要目的有2個(gè):一是幫助讀者深入理解卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、核心概念、操作和訓(xùn)練;二是對(duì)卷積神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的近期研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,重點(diǎn)綜述了激活函數(shù)、池化、訓(xùn)練及應(yīng)用4個(gè)方面的研究進(jìn)展.另外,還對(duì)其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和熱點(diǎn)研究方向進(jìn)行了討論.本文將為從事相關(guān)研究的人員提供很好的幫助.
[Abstract]:Deep learning is the most popular research direction in the field of machine learning at present. The global AlphaGo is trained with depth learning algorithm. Convolution neural network is a kind of model trained by deep learning algorithm. It is widely used in the field of computer vision and has achieved great success. The main purpose of this paper is to help readers understand convolutional neural networks deeply, including network structure, core concepts, operation and training. Research progress in pooling, training and application. In addition, the challenges and hot research directions are also discussed. This article will provide the very good help for the personnel engaged in the related research.
