【摘要】：針對(duì)胃癌患者住院費(fèi)用分類標(biāo)簽設(shè)定的復(fù)雜性以及傳統(tǒng)費(fèi)用建模算法的局限性,本文提出了一種基于聚類和支持向量機(jī)的住院費(fèi)用建模算法,為胃癌患者住院費(fèi)用的控制和預(yù)測(cè)提供方法基礎(chǔ).搜集整理寧夏某三甲醫(yī)院2009 2011年間1583例胃癌患者為樣本,采用K-means對(duì)總住院費(fèi)用逐年聚類得到分類標(biāo)簽,最后通過支持向量機(jī)對(duì)住院費(fèi)用進(jìn)行建模預(yù)測(cè)以及影響因素分析,用分類準(zhǔn)確率作為預(yù)測(cè)效果的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明胃癌患者住院費(fèi)用呈逐年增加趨勢(shì),其中以西藥費(fèi)為主,占總費(fèi)用的53.74%.通過K-Means以年份對(duì)費(fèi)用聚類比單純以費(fèi)用分布特征聚類的分類準(zhǔn)確率提高了13.13%,當(dāng)核函數(shù)選用高斯核函數(shù),且懲罰因子C=10和核參數(shù)γ=1時(shí)建立的支持向量機(jī)模型最穩(wěn)定,分類準(zhǔn)確率為92.11%.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明根據(jù)年份聚類得到類別標(biāo)簽更合理,結(jié)合聚類的SVM來預(yù)測(cè)住院費(fèi)用更有效.
[Abstract]:In view of the complexity of the classification label setting of hospitalization expenses of gastric cancer patients and the limitation of the traditional cost modeling algorithm, this paper proposes a hospital cost modeling algorithm based on clustering and support vector machine. To provide a method basis for the control and prediction of hospitalization cost of gastric cancer patients. This paper collected and sorted out 1583 gastric cancer patients from 2009 to 2011 in a third Class A Hospital in Ningxia, and used K-means to cluster the total hospitalization cost year by year to get the classification label. Finally, the cost of hospitalization was modeled and predicted by support vector machine and the influencing factors were analyzed. The accuracy of classification is used as the evaluation index of prediction effect. The results showed that the hospitalization cost of gastric cancer patients was increasing year by year, in which western medicine was the main expense, accounting for 53.74% of the total cost. The classification accuracy of cost clustering based on K-Means is improved by 13.13%. When the kernel function is Gao Si kernel function, the support vector machine model established by penalty factor Cn10 and kernel parameter 緯 = 1 is the most stable. The classification accuracy is 92.11%. The experimental results show that it is more reasonable to get the category label according to the year clustering, and it is more effective to predict the hospitalization cost by combining the clustering SVM.
