快速著水潤麥控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:我國是面粉生產(chǎn)大國,隨著人民生活水平的不斷提高,消費(fèi)者對(duì)面粉質(zhì)量及精度的要求也越來越高。潤麥?zhǔn)敲娣奂庸さ囊粋(gè)重要工序,對(duì)生產(chǎn)的面粉等級(jí)起著重要的作用。目前,潤麥過程中存在著在線水分檢測(cè)困難、檢測(cè)精度低以及潤麥時(shí)間長等難題。本課題選擇MS-S-2001微波水分傳感器,實(shí)現(xiàn)糧食水分的在線精確檢測(cè),采用真空潤麥技術(shù)大大縮短潤麥時(shí)間,設(shè)計(jì)了以STM32為控制核心的快速著水潤麥控制系統(tǒng)。本課題主要做了如下幾個(gè)方面的工作:1.以國標(biāo)加熱水分減量法做比對(duì),對(duì)MS-S-2001傳感器進(jìn)行糧食水分檢測(cè)的精確標(biāo)定,為糧食水分的在線檢測(cè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。2.搭建系統(tǒng)硬件實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。選擇STM32F103VET6作為主控芯片,通過MS-S-2001傳感器獲取潤麥前糧食水分含量,通過STM32內(nèi)置的D/A模塊控制加水電磁閥的開度。根據(jù)潤麥前糧食流量和當(dāng)前的水分值,實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整加水量,達(dá)到期望的水分值。STM32采集HM22真空傳感器的數(shù)據(jù),與鍵盤設(shè)定的真空度值比較,根據(jù)比較結(jié)果控制真空泵的開啟和關(guān)閉,實(shí)現(xiàn)潤麥過程真空值的自動(dòng)控制。通過TFT顯示屏顯示潤麥工藝中的糧食水分含量值和潤麥倉的真空度值。3.將?C/OS-II實(shí)時(shí)嵌入式系統(tǒng)移植到STM32處理器平臺(tái),將其作為控制單元的操作系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)對(duì)任務(wù)進(jìn)行管理與調(diào)度,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了著水潤麥系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)控制,子程序包括水分檢測(cè)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序、真空驅(qū)動(dòng)程序、液晶驅(qū)動(dòng)程序、調(diào)節(jié)閥驅(qū)動(dòng)程序、按鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)程序。在搭建硬軟件平臺(tái)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)性能較好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)態(tài)水分檢測(cè)精度0.2%以內(nèi);同時(shí),通過對(duì)真空度的控制可使?jié)欫溦{(diào)質(zhì)處理時(shí)間從20h以上縮短至4~9h,解決了當(dāng)前潤麥時(shí)間長的難點(diǎn),并且為真空浸漬新技術(shù)在制粉企業(yè)的應(yīng)用提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Our country is a big country of flour production. With the improvement of people's living standard, consumers' demands on flour quality and precision are more and more high. Moistening wheat is an important process of flour processing, which plays an important role in flour grade. At present, there are some problems in the process of moistening wheat, such as the difficulty of on-line moisture detection, the low precision and the long time of moistening wheat. In this paper, MS-S-2001 microwave moisture sensor is selected to realize the on-line accurate detection of grain moisture. The vacuum moisturizing technology is adopted to greatly shorten the time of moistening wheat, and a rapid water moistening control system with STM32 as the control core is designed. This subject mainly does the following several aspects of work: 1. Compared with the national standard heating moisture reduction method, the precision calibration of MS-S-2001 sensor for grain moisture detection was carried out, which laid a foundation for on-line detection of grain moisture. Build the hardware experiment platform of the system. STM32F103VET6 was selected as the main control chip, the moisture content of grain was obtained by MS-S-2001 sensor, and the opening degree of the solenoid valve was controlled by STM32's built-in D / A module. According to the grain flow rate and the current water value, the amount of water is adjusted in real time to achieve the expected moisture value. STM32 collects the data of the HM22 vacuum sensor, compares with the vacuum value set by the keyboard, and controls the opening and closing of the vacuum pump according to the comparison results. Realize the automatic control of vacuum value in the process of moistening wheat. The moisture content of grain and the vacuum value of the silo were displayed by TFT display screen. The C / OS-II real-time embedded system is transplanted to the STM32 processor platform, which is used as the operating system platform of the control unit to manage and schedule the task. The real-time control of the water moisturizing wheat system is designed and realized. The subprogram includes the water detection driver. Vacuum driver, LCD driver, regulator driver, key driver. Based on the hardware and software platform, the system is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the system has good performance, stable and reliable operation, and the dynamic moisture detection accuracy is less than 0.2%. Through the control of vacuum degree, the processing time of moistening and tempering can be shortened from more than 20h to 4g / 9h, which solves the difficulty of long time of moistening wheat at present, and provides technical support for the application of new technology of vacuum impregnation in pulverized enterprises.
