一種分度式主動(dòng)螺旋管道測(cè)量裝置設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:ILI(in-line inspection)管道在線檢測(cè)對(duì)油氣輸送管道安全可靠運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要。設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一種全新的基于螺旋測(cè)量原理的主動(dòng)螺旋管道測(cè)量裝置,該裝置能夠自主生成管道測(cè)量螺旋線,整合了位移傳感器和角度傳感器,進(jìn)行了管道測(cè)量對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)以及管道缺陷檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn);實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)采用MATLAB處理,反演出管道內(nèi)壁模型,通過對(duì)管道內(nèi)壁模型的分析來判斷管道內(nèi)部的情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了分度式主動(dòng)螺旋測(cè)量方法的可行性,通過對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)分析了分度式螺旋測(cè)量與普通螺旋測(cè)量的區(qū)別,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該方法描述管道內(nèi)壁的三維模型更精確,能被管道機(jī)器人或管道豬牽引進(jìn)行測(cè)量作業(yè)。特別對(duì)于微小管徑管道、非管道豬管道有一定的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:ILI (in-line inspection) pipeline on-line detection is very important to the safe and reliable operation of oil and gas pipeline. A new active helical pipe measuring device based on helical measurement principle is designed and developed. The device can generate the spiral line of pipeline measurement independently and integrate displacement sensor and angle sensor. The experimental data are processed by MATLAB, and the inner wall model of the pipeline is inversely presented. The analysis of the model of the inner wall of the pipeline is used to judge the situation of the pipeline. The experiment proves the feasibility of the indexing active spiral measurement method. The difference between the indexing spiral measurement and the ordinary spiral measurement is analyzed by contrast experiments. The experimental results show that the method is more accurate in describing the three-dimensional model of the inner wall of the pipe. Can be towed by plumbing robot or pipe-pig for measuring operation. Especially for micro-diameter pipe, non-pipeline pig pipeline has a certain application prospects.
