基于動網(wǎng)格的三維合成射流器流場數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:針對激勵出口流動模型不能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)合成射流全場模擬這一問題,提出了基于動網(wǎng)格的三維合成射流器流場數(shù)值模擬方法。該方法引入了動網(wǎng)格的局部重構(gòu)算法,通過在通常的流場數(shù)值模擬方法中插入編譯的定義網(wǎng)格運動方式的動網(wǎng)格用戶自定義函數(shù)程序,并設(shè)置與網(wǎng)格運動相關(guān)的動網(wǎng)格區(qū)域,實現(xiàn)了三維合成射流器在振動膜作周期性正弦運動下的流場求解。對比試驗結(jié)果表明,采用該方法獲取了射流器噴口特有的流動現(xiàn)象以及相應(yīng)的噴口速度變化規(guī)律,說明該方法可行。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the excited outlet flow model can not realize the full-field simulation of synthetic jet, a numerical simulation method of three-dimensional synthetic jet flow field based on moving grid is proposed. In this method, the local reconstruction algorithm of moving grid is introduced. By inserting the compiled user-defined function program to define the moving mode of the grid in the common numerical simulation method of the flow field, the dynamic grid region related to the motion of the grid is set up. The flow field of a three-dimensional synthetic jet is solved under the periodic sinusoidal motion of the vibrating film. The experimental results show that this method is feasible to obtain the characteristic flow phenomenon of jet nozzle and the corresponding law of nozzle velocity change.
