面向認(rèn)知的多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)理論和算法研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代具有極其重要的意義.目前,多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)算法研究遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超前于多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)理論研究,經(jīng)典的機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)理論難以應(yīng)用于多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí),更難以提供多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)算法在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的理論保障.從學(xué)習(xí)的最終目的是知識(shí)這一認(rèn)知切入點(diǎn)出發(fā),對(duì)人類學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)知機(jī)理、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的三大經(jīng)典理論(計(jì)算學(xué)習(xí)理論、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)習(xí)理論和概率圖理論)以及多源數(shù)據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)算法設(shè)計(jì)這3個(gè)方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行總結(jié),最后給出未來(lái)研究方向的思考.
[Abstract]:Multi-source data learning is of great significance in big data's time. At present, the research of multi-source data learning algorithm is far ahead of the theory of multi-source data learning, the classical machine learning theory is difficult to be applied to multi-source data learning, and it is difficult to provide the theoretical guarantee of multi-source data learning algorithm in practical application. Starting from the point of view that the ultimate aim of learning is knowledge, the cognitive mechanism of human learning, the three classical theories of machine learning (computational learning theory), Statistical learning theory and probability graph theory) and the design of multi-source data learning algorithm are summarized. Finally, the future research direction is given.
