銅摻雜氧化鋅納米纖維寬線性響應乙醇氣體傳感器

【摘要】:采用電紡絲技術結合高溫煅燒制備了銅摻雜氧化鋅復合納米纖維,并通過XRD,XPS,SEM和TEM等手段對材料進行表征.將所得材料作為敏感層構筑了氣體傳感器,器件對乙醇蒸氣具有很好的傳感特性,特別是當Cu/Zn摩爾比為1∶60時,由于Cu組分的活化作用,所得傳感器不僅具有高靈敏度、快速響應恢復(2 s/7 s)特性及優(yōu)良的穩(wěn)定性,而且在5~104μg/g超大乙醇蒸氣濃度范圍內都能保持良好的線性關系(R2=0.99),這不僅有利于乙醇實際檢測,而且對寬響應范圍及高靈敏傳感器的發(fā)展具有重要意義.
[Abstract]:The copper-doped zinc oxide nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning and calcination at high temperature. The materials were characterized by XRDI XPS SEM and TEM. The gas sensor was constructed by using the material as a sensitive layer. The sensor has good sensing characteristics for ethanol vapor, especially when the molar ratio of Cu/Zn is 1:60, the sensor not only has high sensitivity due to the activation of Cu component. The fast response recovery (2 s / 7 s) characteristics and excellent stability can maintain a good linear relationship within the range of 5 渭 g / g ethanol vapor concentration (R2N 0.99), which is not only beneficial to the actual detection of ethanol. And it is of great significance to the development of wide response range and high sensitivity sensor.
