配電自動化終端布點優(yōu)化的動態(tài)規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:提高配電系統(tǒng)的供電可靠性是配電自動化系統(tǒng)建設的重要目標,但需考慮配電自動化設備的經(jīng)濟成本,且實際工程中通常是分階段撥款。提出一種考慮供電可靠性和經(jīng)濟成本的配電自動化終端布點優(yōu)化的動態(tài)規(guī)劃方法,混合使用多種類型配電終端,在架空線安裝故障指示器、電壓時間型終端、電壓電流型終端,在電纜線安裝故障指示器、二遙終端和三遙終端,根據(jù)自動化終端類型確定故障影響模式。運用JAVA語言進行編程,實現(xiàn)從XML文件讀取配網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)。以開關為邊界劃分配電網(wǎng)的區(qū)域節(jié)點,采用開源的圖形庫JGraph T存儲配網(wǎng)拓撲信息?紤]故障停電情況,以用戶年平均故障停電時間為評價供電可靠性的指標,分別建立以可靠性指標為優(yōu)化目標和以投資總額為優(yōu)化目標的配電自動化終端布點優(yōu)化的動態(tài)規(guī)劃模型。使用建模系統(tǒng)GAMS求解模型,得到配電終端布點優(yōu)化結果。采用某地區(qū)區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)自動化終端布點規(guī)劃作為算例驗證,結果顯示了該方法的可行性與優(yōu)越性,為類似實際工程提供借鑒與依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To improve the reliability of distribution system is an important goal of the construction of distribution automation system, but it is necessary to consider the economic cost of distribution automation equipment, and the allocation of funds in practical projects is usually phased. In this paper, a dynamic programming method for distribution automation terminal placement optimization considering power supply reliability and economic cost is proposed. It uses a variety of distribution terminals, installs fault indicators, voltage-time terminals and voltage-current-type terminals on overhead lines. Install fault indicator, second remote terminal and third remote terminal in cable, and determine the failure mode according to the type of automation terminal. JAVA language is used to program to read the distribution network data from the XML file. The switch is used as the boundary to divide the regional nodes of the distribution network, and the open source graphics library JGraph T is used to store the topology information of the distribution network. Considering the condition of power failure, the average annual failure time of the user is taken as the index to evaluate the reliability of power supply. Dynamic programming models of distribution automation terminal placement optimization with reliability index as optimization objective and total investment as optimization objective are established respectively. Using the modeling system GAMS to solve the model, the distribution terminal distribution point optimization results are obtained. A regional distribution network automation terminal layout planning is used as an example. The results show the feasibility and superiority of the method and provide reference and basis for similar practical projects.
