基于視頻分析的造紙現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著制造業(yè)的不斷進(jìn)步,我國(guó)的造紙工業(yè)正朝著自動(dòng)化、高速化的方向發(fā)展;谌斯さ募垙堎|(zhì)量檢測(cè)方法成本高、效率低、易漏檢,無(wú)法滿足日益增加的生產(chǎn)需求,采用自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)設(shè)備成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。然而,由于受實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況以及技術(shù)實(shí)力的限制,國(guó)內(nèi)造紙工業(yè)在紙張質(zhì)量檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)上發(fā)展緩慢。因此,研發(fā)紙張質(zhì)量檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)對(duì)于提升我國(guó)造紙工業(yè)的自動(dòng)化水平有著重要的工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)紙張質(zhì)量檢測(cè)方法的不足,本論文研發(fā)了基于視頻分析的造紙現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件,利用斷紙檢測(cè)設(shè)備和視頻采集設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)斷紙檢測(cè),并對(duì)斷紙檢測(cè)過(guò)程中采集到的圖像進(jìn)行分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)紙病檢測(cè)。造紙現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)由視頻采集設(shè)備、紙張質(zhì)量檢測(cè)設(shè)備、客戶端和服務(wù)器組成。服務(wù)器接入斷紙檢測(cè)設(shè)備、車(chē)速設(shè)備以及視頻采集設(shè)備,利用斷紙檢測(cè)設(shè)備對(duì)斷紙故障進(jìn)行檢測(cè)觸發(fā),通過(guò)車(chē)速設(shè)備獲取紙帶傳送速度,計(jì)算出斷紙故障出現(xiàn)在各個(gè)關(guān)聯(lián)攝像機(jī)視野中的時(shí)間序列,然后生成告警事件并聯(lián)動(dòng)故障視頻回看,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)斷紙故障的檢測(cè)和快速定位。進(jìn)一步地,本論文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于圖像處理的紙病檢測(cè)算法,服務(wù)器通過(guò)對(duì)視頻圖像進(jìn)行分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)黑斑、孔洞和邊緣裂縫的檢測(cè)。本論文研發(fā)的造紙現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)斷紙故障的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)和定位,同時(shí)紙病檢測(cè)算法可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)三種紙病的正確檢測(cè)。該系統(tǒng)為紙張質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)提供了強(qiáng)有力的保證。
[Abstract]:With the development of manufacturing industry, China's paper industry is developing towards automation and high speed. The paper quality testing method based on manual is of high cost, low efficiency, easy to miss inspection, and can not meet the increasing production demand. The adoption of automatic testing equipment has become an inevitable trend of the development of the industry. However, due to the limitation of actual production and technical strength, the development of paper quality inspection system in domestic paper industry is slow. Therefore, the research and development of paper quality inspection system has important engineering practical value for improving the automation level of China's paper industry. Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional paper quality detection method, the paper develops the paper field monitoring system software based on video analysis, and realizes the paper breaking detection by using the paper breaking detection equipment and the video acquisition equipment. The image collected in the process of paper breakage detection is analyzed to realize paper disease detection. The paper-making field monitoring system consists of video acquisition equipment, paper quality testing equipment, client and server. The server is connected to the paper breaking detection equipment, the speed equipment and the video acquisition equipment. The paper breakage detection device is used to detect and trigger the broken paper fault, and the speed of the paper tape transmission is obtained by the speed equipment. The time series of broken paper fault in the field of vision of each associated camera are calculated, and then alarm events are generated and the video of the linkage fault is viewed back, so as to realize the detection and fast location of the broken paper fault. Furthermore, this paper designs a paper disease detection algorithm based on image processing. The server realizes the detection of black spots, holes and edge cracks by analyzing the video images. The software of the paper making field monitoring system developed in this paper has been tested to realize the accurate detection and location of the broken paper fault. At the same time, the paper disease detection algorithm can realize the correct detection of the three kinds of paper diseases. The system provides a strong guarantee for the quality of paper.
