航天器6維微振動(dòng)力測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了測(cè)試不同狀態(tài)下航天器各活動(dòng)部件在低頻及超低頻區(qū)的6維微振動(dòng)表現(xiàn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種以壓電傳感器為核心的6維微振動(dòng)力測(cè)試系統(tǒng).通過(guò)標(biāo)定及對(duì)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳感器信號(hào)在空間上的實(shí)時(shí)采集、分析及處理等功能,并最終得到空間6維力.介紹了該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的工作原理和動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)定方法,對(duì)該測(cè)試臺(tái)進(jìn)行了仿真及測(cè)試試驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明,固有頻率的仿真與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果前5階的相對(duì)誤差在5%以內(nèi),1階頻率大于400 Hz;力及力矩分辨率分別可達(dá)到0.1 N及0.01 N·m(SNR大于10);在頻域上0~400 Hz范圍內(nèi),該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)各通道的相對(duì)誤差在7%以內(nèi).
[Abstract]:In order to measure the performance of 6 dimensional micro vibration of spacecraft moving components in low and ultra low frequency regions in different states, a 6 dimensional micro vibration force measurement system with piezoelectric sensor as the core is designed. Through calibration and software design, the real-time acquisition, analysis and processing of sensor signals in space are realized, and finally the spatial 6-axis force is obtained. The working principle and dynamic calibration method of the test system are introduced. The test bench is simulated and tested. The results show that the first five order relative errors of natural frequency are within 5% or less than 400Hz, the resolution of force and torque are 0. 1 N and 0. 01 N m (SNR > 10 respectively), and in the range of 0 ~ 400 Hz in frequency domain, the results show that the relative error of the first 5 order is less than 400 Hz, the resolution of force and torque is 0. 1 N and 0. 01 N m (SNR respectively. The relative error of each channel of the test system is less than 7%.
