【摘要】：目的:為我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療合法、有序發(fā)展提出完善意見(jiàn)。方法:基于3家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并就當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療運(yùn)行中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析。結(jié)果:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)在技術(shù)上已逐步實(shí)現(xiàn),能滿足患者的基本需求,對(duì)分級(jí)診療有一定的促進(jìn)作用。當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療在醫(yī)保報(bào)銷、服務(wù)區(qū)域分配、電子處方審核、電子病歷及病案檔案保管、運(yùn)營(yíng)監(jiān)管等方面存在著問(wèn)題。建議:出臺(tái)有關(guān)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療的法律法規(guī)、逐步完成互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療與醫(yī)保報(bào)銷制度的接軌、由政府統(tǒng)籌進(jìn)行服務(wù)區(qū)域劃分、在醫(yī)院內(nèi)部設(shè)立專門的監(jiān)管部門。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide suggestions for the legal and orderly development of internet medical treatment in China. Methods: based on the field investigation of 3 medical institutions, the operating mechanism of internet medical treatment in China was analyzed, and the problems existing in the operation of internet medical treatment were analyzed. Results: Internet medical service has been realized step by step in technology, which can meet the basic needs of patients and promote the grading diagnosis and treatment. At present, there are problems in medical insurance reimbursement, service area distribution, electronic prescription audit, electronic medical record and medical record file keeping, operation supervision and so on. Suggestion: introducing laws and regulations on Internet medical treatment, gradually completing the connection between Internet medical treatment and medical insurance reimbursement system, dividing the service regions by the government as a whole, and setting up a special supervision department within the hospital.
