火焰溫度場測試中的傳感器動態(tài)特性補償

【摘要】:在進行爆溫測試時,爆炸伴隨的高溫火焰具有變化快、溫度高、測試環(huán)境惡劣等特點。針對這種特定的測溫場合,運用火焰溫度源法研究了熱電偶傳感器在火焰溫度場中的動態(tài)響應特性。為了減小熱電偶的動態(tài)測量誤差,通過粒子群優(yōu)化算法(PSO)建立了測試系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)補償濾波器模型。實驗表明,這種研究方法有效地改善了熱電偶的動態(tài)測量誤差,對通過爆溫測試進行彈丸熱毀傷評價有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The high temperature flame accompanied by explosion has the characteristics of fast change, high temperature and bad test environment. The dynamic response of thermocouple sensor in flame temperature field is studied by flame temperature source method. In order to reduce the dynamic measurement error of thermocouple, the dynamic compensation filter model of the test system is established by particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the dynamic measurement error of thermocouple and has certain reference value for the thermal damage evaluation of projectile through explosion temperature test.
