PLC網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在排澇站控制中的應(yīng)用

摘要:為實現(xiàn)整個排澇系統(tǒng)的測控目的,架構(gòu)了Controller Link和DeviceNet兩級總線控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)。主站PLC與中控室工控機通過RS232C進行上位機連接,主站與各子站之間采用Controller Link網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,子站通過DeviceNet總線采集各種傳感器信息,并實現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場信號的輸入輸出。研究結(jié)果表明,從控制層到設(shè)備層的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信提高了排澇站的運行可靠性和工作效能,這對于研究和建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化無人監(jiān)控排澇站具有一定的理論意義和實用價值。

Application of PLC networking in the drainage stations controlling

Abstract: Aiming at realizing the scheme of measuring and controlling of the whole pump system, two levels of bus control networks Controller Link and DeviceNet were constructed. Main PLC was communicated with industrial controller in central control room by RS232C. The main station was connected with substation in Controller Link network connection.And the substation collected various information of sensors to obtain input and output of the field signals in DeviceNet network connection. The research results indicate that the network communication from control layer to device layer improves the reliability and efficiency of the stations operation,and its theoretical and practical to study and set up modern unmanned supervisory control drainage station.
