大型粉末成型機(jī)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與服務(wù)單元研制
[Abstract]:Powder forming machine is one of the important equipment in powder metallurgy. With the rapid development of powder metallurgy industry in China, the low degree of intelligence of powder forming machine has become an important reason to restrict its development. In order to improve the intelligence of powder forming equipment, a system is urgently needed to realize the remote monitoring and service of the equipment, to monitor the running state of the equipment online, to detect faults in time and to provide remote service. Taking HPP 8500 powder forming machine as the research object, the remote monitoring and service unit of large powder forming equipment is developed in this paper. In this paper, the research status of remote monitoring, mould adjustment and down impact springback device of powder forming machine is analyzed, and the overall design of remote monitoring and service unit of large powder forming equipment is carried out. Based on STM32 microcontroller, the field monitoring front end of lower computer is developed. The monitoring front end can obtain machine parameters, pressing parameters, running parameters of powder forming machine and transmit them to remote service platform through 3G communication mode. The remote service platform of the host computer is developed with C #. The whole system realizes the functions of remote auxiliary mold adjustment, electronic control and springback, remote state monitoring, remote control and so on. On the basis of remote monitoring and service unit, aiming at the difficult problem of mould adjustment encountered in powder forming equipment, this paper puts forward an adjustment algorithm based on the combination of optimization method and fuzzy control. In order to solve the problem of product cracking, an electrically controlled down-impact springback device is designed. Finally, the control method and electronic springback device are verified on HPP8500 powder forming machine. The results show that the method can effectively improve the efficiency of mould adjustment, reduce the difficulty of mould adjustment, and improve the qualified rate of the product. The research and design of remote monitoring and service unit has been applied in powder forming machine, and the expected goal of remote monitoring and service of HPP8500 powder forming machine has been realized, and the intelligence level of traditional mechanical powder forming press has been improved. It has certain reference value for monitoring and service of large powder forming press and other manufacturing equipment.
