【摘要】：為了解決知識獲取中將生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為知識的問題,通過框肋零件橡皮囊成形的彎邊回彈檢測數(shù)據(jù)與知識組成結(jié)構(gòu)的對比分析,提出知識轉(zhuǎn)化方法,主要包括數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換、狀態(tài)判別、知識融合4個步驟。采用基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)的相似度計算方法建立了冗余及沖突檢測機(jī)制,以確保知識庫中知識的一致性,并開發(fā)了框肋零件彎邊回彈檢測數(shù)據(jù)向知識轉(zhuǎn)化的工具,最后結(jié)合運(yùn)行實例證明了該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of transforming production data into knowledge by knowledge acquisition, a method of knowledge transformation is put forward by comparing and analyzing the springback detection data of rubber bag forming of frame and rib parts and the structure of knowledge composition. Structure transformation, state discrimination and knowledge fusion are four steps. In order to ensure the consistency of knowledge in the knowledge base, the similarity calculation method based on grey correlation coefficient is used to establish redundancy and conflict detection mechanism, and a tool to transform the springback detection data of frame rib parts to knowledge is developed. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is proved by a running example.
