小型水電站綜合自動化系統(tǒng)設計
[Abstract]:Hydropower resources are clean energy, renewable energy. Rational development and utilization of hydropower resources is an important support for sustainable economic and social development in China. In 2011, the State Council of the CPC Central Committee issued a decision on speeding up the development of water conservancy, calling for the accelerated development of water resources and the active development of hydropower projects. In this paper, the control system structure of hydropower station is introduced. According to the actual conditions and parameters of the power station, the shaft tubular flow unit and the digital valve programmable intelligent governor are selected in the paper. According to the characteristics of the control system of hydropower station, the design of PLC control system of hydropower unit and the design of hardware and software of unit control system are completed. This design realizes the control of unit startup, unit shutdown, accident shutdown and emergency shutdown. Fuzzy pid control algorithm and HG3000 configuration software are used to design the monitoring system of hydropower station. Finally, the shortcomings of the design of the power station are evaluated, and the development of the power station is prospected. The actual operation results show that the system can meet the requirements of practical application and achieve the expected goal.
