海參等級自動分選系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The sea cucumber industry in our country develops rapidly and the output is huge. After processing, sea cucumber needs to be graded. Artificial sorting has the characteristics of low efficiency, poor precision, easy fatigue and unsanitary, and can not meet the normal needs of sea cucumber sorting. The automatic sorting machine of sea cucumber is an automatic sorting equipment. By combining weight and image, it can effectively overcome the disadvantages of manual sorting and finish the sorting task efficiently and accurately. With Exynos 4412 processor as the core and embedded Linux system, the sea cucumber sorting machine collects the weight and image data of sea cucumber as the main basis of sorting. Different from the sorting machine on the market, the sea cucumber sorter designed in this paper uses the image to carry on the auxiliary processing, which can effectively avoid the special situation such as weighing more than one sea cucumber at one time or mixing with the foreign body and so on. And users can be extended to the sorting machine for other products sorting. In this study, the hardware, software and graphical user interface of sea cucumber separator are designed. The hardware part mainly includes: the circuit design around the core board, the image acquisition circuit design, the sorting control circuit design, the conveyer belt speed regulation control circuit design and the touch screen interface circuit design. The software mainly includes: device driver design, user interface and application program design. Driver design includes TVp5150 driver design and sorting controller driver design, application program design includes image acquisition program design, image recognition program design and classification data processing program design. The graphical user interface is used for the control and parameter setting of sea cucumber sorter, including main window, sorting standard setting module, time and speed setting module, serial port parameter setting module, network parameter setting module. Attack test and password settings and other modules design. The user image interface of sea cucumber sorter is designed based on Qte-4.7.3 version. The application program is developed and designed on Windows. After debugging and passing, the application program is run in embedded Linux system after cross-compiling of Linux. The software and hardware of sea cucumber sorter system have been designed and completed. After repeated debugging and many experiments, the separation of sea cucumber can be accomplished efficiently and accurately.
