全光纖干涉式結(jié)構(gòu)中傳感模式仿真分析

【摘要】:全光纖干涉式傳感結(jié)構(gòu)中包層模場(chǎng)與外界物理量作用,攜帶被感測(cè)信息,因此對(duì)包層模的研究是設(shè)計(jì)制作和提高該類傳感器傳感性能的關(guān)鍵.利用有限差分光束傳播法獲得傳感光纖不同長(zhǎng)度和不同芯徑比時(shí)傳感器對(duì)應(yīng)的光譜,通過(guò)傅里葉變換獲得其干涉頻譜,計(jì)算出各主要參與干涉的包層模組的有效折射率,利用色散方程確定對(duì)應(yīng)包層模.理論仿真結(jié)果顯示,隨著傳感部分光纖長(zhǎng)度增加,參與干涉的包層模式隨之增加,并且向高階模式變化,光譜變得稠密,是多階包層模干涉的疊加,傳感器輸出干涉譜的自由光譜范圍變小.隨著輸入光纖與傳感光纖芯徑比變化,會(huì)明顯改變纖芯包層功率分布,同時(shí),芯徑比增大也會(huì)增加參與干涉的包層模種類和階數(shù).
[Abstract]:The cladding mode field acts with external physical quantities and carries sensing information in all-fiber interferometric sensing structure, so the research of cladding mode is the key to design and manufacture and improve the sensing performance of this kind of sensor. By using the finite difference beam propagation method, the spectrum of the sensor with different length and core diameter ratio is obtained. The interference spectrum is obtained by Fourier transform, and the effective refractive index of the cladding module which is mainly involved in the interference is calculated. The corresponding cladding modes are determined by dispersion equation. The theoretical simulation results show that with the length of the sensing fiber increasing, the cladding mode involved in the interference increases, and changes to the higher-order mode, the spectrum becomes dense, which is the superposition of the multi-order cladding mode interference. The free spectrum range of the sensor output interference spectrum is reduced. With the change of core diameter ratio between input fiber and sensor fiber, the power distribution of the core cladding will be changed obviously. Meanwhile, the increase of core diameter ratio will also increase the type and order of the cladding modes involved in the interference.
