熱電廠氨氣監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:氨氣是一種在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應用廣泛的化工有毒原料,和氧氣混合后容易爆炸。在工業(yè)環(huán)境中,由于管理不到位、設備老化、管道腐蝕損壞、閥門松動等原因,導致的氨氣泄露,會觸發(fā)一系列嚴重的安全事故。因此,實時監(jiān)測氨氣泄漏很重要。本文以山東某熱電廠為背景,調(diào)研分析熱電廠存在的弊端,設計了一種適合熱電廠的氨氣監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。本文結(jié)合熱電廠的工程背景確定了監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的總體設計方案,由監(jiān)測終端,無線傳輸,監(jiān)測中心系統(tǒng)軟件構(gòu)成。課題選擇了MQ137氨氣傳感器,設計了傳感器信號拾取電路,信號調(diào)理電路,經(jīng)過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后送至MSP430F149處理器,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析與處理獲得氨氣濃度數(shù)據(jù)。在此基礎上,將氨氣濃度數(shù)據(jù)通過無線傳輸?shù)姆绞剿椭帘O(jiān)控中心。設計了氨氣濃度監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)軟件,在數(shù)據(jù)庫中存儲氨氣濃度數(shù)據(jù),具有實時氨氣濃度曲線顯示、閾值報警、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢等功能。在對數(shù)據(jù)分析時引入層次分析法,對多點報警進行決策分析,更好的滿足現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測的需求。該系統(tǒng)不僅可以滿足熱電廠氨氣監(jiān)測的工程需求,而且對于其它工程領(lǐng)域內(nèi)氨氣監(jiān)測也具有參考價值,具有良好的市場應用場景。
[Abstract]:Ammonia is a kind of toxic chemical raw material which is widely used in industrial production. It is easy to explode after mixing with oxygen. In the industrial environment, ammonia leakage caused by improper management, aging equipment, pipeline corrosion and valve loosening will trigger a series of serious safety accidents. Therefore, it is important to monitor ammonia leakage in real time. Based on the background of a thermal power plant in Shandong province, this paper investigates and analyzes the disadvantages of the thermal power plant, and designs a monitoring system of ammonia gas suitable for the thermal power plant. Combined with the engineering background of the thermal power plant, the overall design scheme of the monitoring system is determined in this paper, which is composed of the monitoring terminal, wireless transmission and monitoring center system software. The MQ137 ammonia sensor is selected, and the signal pickup circuit and signal conditioning circuit are designed. After A- / D conversion, the sensor is sent to MSP430F149 processor, and the ammonia concentration data are obtained by data analysis and processing. On this basis, the ammonia concentration data are sent to the monitoring center by wireless transmission. The software of ammonia concentration monitoring data management system is designed. The data of ammonia concentration is stored in database. It has the functions of displaying real-time ammonia concentration curve, alarming threshold value and querying historical data. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced to analyze the data, and the decision analysis of multi-point alarm is carried out to better meet the needs of field monitoring. The system can not only meet the engineering requirements of ammonia gas monitoring in thermal power plants, but also has reference value for ammonia monitoring in other engineering fields, and has a good market application scenario.
