預(yù)張拉光纖布拉格光柵應(yīng)變傳遞規(guī)律實驗研究

【摘要】:利用裸光纖布拉格光柵測量結(jié)構(gòu)物表面應(yīng)變,基于光纖層-膠結(jié)層-基體層的應(yīng)變傳遞模型,從理論上分析了預(yù)張拉對應(yīng)變傳遞率的影響,并通過實驗進(jìn)行了驗證。利用預(yù)張拉光柵與未預(yù)張拉光柵同時測量了等強(qiáng)度梁正反兩面的應(yīng)變。實驗中為排除黏貼長度及厚度的影響,采用LOCTITE點(diǎn)膠機(jī)控制滴膠量,得到應(yīng)變隨荷載變化的曲線,并與等強(qiáng)度梁理論應(yīng)變值進(jìn)行對比,得到應(yīng)變傳遞率與荷載的關(guān)系曲線。結(jié)果表明,在測拉應(yīng)變時,預(yù)張拉光柵的應(yīng)變傳遞率高于未預(yù)張拉光柵的應(yīng)變傳遞率,且兩者都在96%以上;在測壓應(yīng)變時,預(yù)張拉光柵的應(yīng)變傳遞率低于未預(yù)張拉光柵的應(yīng)變傳遞率,且兩者均在95%以上,與理論分析相符。這說明對測拉應(yīng)變的實驗,預(yù)張拉能提高應(yīng)變傳遞率;而對測壓應(yīng)變的實驗,預(yù)張拉會降低應(yīng)變傳遞率。
[Abstract]:Based on the strain transfer model of fiber layer, cemented layer and matrix layer, the effect of pretension on the strain transfer rate is analyzed theoretically and verified by experiments by using bare fiber Bragg grating (FBG) to measure the strain on the surface of the structure. The strain on both sides of equal strength beam is measured simultaneously by using pretension grating and unpretension grating. In order to eliminate the influence of adhesive length and thickness, the strain variation curve with load was obtained by using LOCTITE spotting machine, and compared with the theoretical strain value of equal strength beam, the relation curve between strain transfer rate and load was obtained. The results show that the strain transfer rate of pretension gratings is higher than that of unpretensioned gratings, and both of them are above 96%. The strain transfer rate of pretension gratings is lower than that of unpretensioned gratings, and both of them are above 95%, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. This shows that pretension can improve the strain transfer rate in the experiment of measuring tensile strain, while in the experiment of measuring compressive strain, pretension can reduce the strain transfer rate.
