【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)多點(diǎn)溫度測(cè)量的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一款基于LabVIEW的多通道溫度測(cè)量系統(tǒng),能夠同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)6通道的溫度采集、顯示、繪圖、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)及數(shù)據(jù)保存。為提高系統(tǒng)測(cè)量精度,以各傳感器與精密溫度計(jì)的實(shí)測(cè)值作為多項(xiàng)式擬合的數(shù)據(jù)源,運(yùn)用最小二乘法對(duì)傳感器進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,測(cè)量誤差顯著降低。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,各通道最大測(cè)量誤差不超過(guò)±0.05℃。
[Abstract]:A multi-channel temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW is designed to meet the needs of modern industrial multi-point temperature measurement. It can realize the temperature collection, display, drawing, state monitoring and data saving of six channels at the same time. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system, the measured values of each sensor and the precision thermometer are used as the data source of polynomial fitting. The least square method is used to calibrate the sensor, and the measurement error is reduced significantly. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the maximum measurement error of each channel is less than 鹵0.05 鈩,
