【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)代工業(yè)多點溫度測量的需求,設(shè)計了一款基于LabVIEW的多通道溫度測量系統(tǒng),能夠同時實現(xiàn)6通道的溫度采集、顯示、繪圖、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測及數(shù)據(jù)保存。為提高系統(tǒng)測量精度,以各傳感器與精密溫度計的實測值作為多項式擬合的數(shù)據(jù)源,運用最小二乘法對傳感器進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,測量誤差顯著降低。測試結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠,各通道最大測量誤差不超過±0.05℃。
[Abstract]:A multi-channel temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW is designed to meet the needs of modern industrial multi-point temperature measurement. It can realize the temperature collection, display, drawing, state monitoring and data saving of six channels at the same time. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system, the measured values of each sensor and the precision thermometer are used as the data source of polynomial fitting. The least square method is used to calibrate the sensor, and the measurement error is reduced significantly. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the maximum measurement error of each channel is less than 鹵0.05 鈩,
