【摘要】:罐式爐燃燒自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)解決了罐式爐生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化水平低的瓶頸,取代了人工調(diào)溫操作,避免出現(xiàn)爐內(nèi)超溫現(xiàn)象,大幅延長(zhǎng)耐材使用壽命;對(duì)監(jiān)控溫度實(shí)現(xiàn)精確控制,主控目標(biāo)波動(dòng)范圍±15℃,同時(shí)提高了罐式爐對(duì)揮發(fā)分適應(yīng)性;根據(jù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行后所生產(chǎn)的煅燒焦制品化驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,煅燒焦質(zhì)量完全滿足需求。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用實(shí)踐表明,罐式爐燃燒自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效果較好。
