基于YSZ的鎢酸鐵氫氣傳感器氣敏特性研究

【摘要】:采用水熱法合成了鎢酸鐵納米材料,應(yīng)用XRD和SEM對(duì)鎢酸鐵納米材料進(jìn)行了表征和分析,研制了一種基于YSZ的混合電位型FeWO_4/YSZ/Pt氫氣傳感器.在500℃時(shí),氧氣濃度為10%條件下,基于YSZ的鎢酸鐵傳感器對(duì)濃度80~960 ppm的H_2有著良好的氣敏性能,并對(duì)CO,C_3H_8,NO_2這些可能的干擾氣體有著優(yōu)異的選擇性,傳感器同時(shí)具有良好的重復(fù)性和一致性.與已有的MnWO_4/YSZ/Pt和CdWO_4/YSZ/Pt氫氣傳感器對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)FeWO4/YSZ/Pt氫氣傳感器性能更佳.
[Abstract]:Ferric tungstate nanomaterials were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The XRD and SEM were used to characterize and analyze the iron tungstate nanomaterials. A hybrid potential FeWO_4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor based on YSZ was developed. At 500 C, the oxygen concentration was 10%, and the YSZ based ferric acid ferric sensor had good gas sensitivity to the H_2 of the concentration 80~960 ppm. Performance, and has excellent selectivity for possible interfering gases such as CO, C_3H_8, NO_2. The sensor has good repeatability and consistency. Compared with existing MnWO_4/YSZ/Pt and CdWO_4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensors, the performance of FeWO4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor is better.
