低待機功耗高效率銀行用語音防盜報警器的研制

【摘要】:銀行防盜報警系統(tǒng)是銀行安防系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分,由報警信號檢測部分,控制部分,報警信號的發(fā)出部分組成。本論文中主要研究報警器中控制部分和語音報警信號的發(fā)出部分,在分析了現(xiàn)有的各種用于銀行和商業(yè)場所的防盜報警系統(tǒng)的主機原理與構(gòu)造,以及電路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計之后,找出了不足之處,并提出了新的電路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法,設(shè)計了一種具有低待機功耗高效率的語音防盜報警器。首先,為了提高主機電源的轉(zhuǎn)換效率,減小電源體積,降低整機的功耗,本學位論文基于反激式DC-DC開關(guān)電源變換器,分別設(shè)計了待機、報警兩種工作模式的開關(guān)電源;赥NY274設(shè)計的半波整流方式的低功耗待機電源,在待機狀態(tài)時工作,以最大限度降低待機功耗;赥OP223Y設(shè)計的恒壓恒流型主電源,當作為報警模式的供電電源時,為負載提供恒定的輸出電壓;當作為蓄電池的充電器時,能提供恒定的輸出電流。做到了主、副電源無壓差自動切換,既保證了供電電壓的穩(wěn)定性,還優(yōu)化了電路設(shè)計。其次,在功率放大部分,利用電流型PWM控制芯片KA3525設(shè)計輸出電壓可調(diào)的跟蹤型動態(tài)直流電源,以及利用兩個互補型三極管和運放LM324設(shè)計出的特殊線性功率驅(qū)動級,二者結(jié)合使用,組成工作電壓可變的線性功率放大器,從而大大減小損耗,提高效率和短路時快速保護特性。最后,還設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)自檢功能,包括語音芯片,功率放大器,充電電池的狀態(tài)等。檢測功率放大器的直流工作狀態(tài)和交流工作狀態(tài)時,為了防止揚聲器發(fā)出很大的聲音,用1OKHz以上的音頻信號進行檢測。本學位論文制作了語音防盜報警器的樣機,并對其性能進行了測試與分析。實測數(shù)據(jù)表明,這種低待機功耗高效率的語音防盜報警器整體的待機功耗在0.1W以下,基于KA3525跟蹤型動態(tài)直流電源的平均效率達到92%,工作電壓改變的線性功率驅(qū)動級平均效率達到91%,工作電壓可變的線性功率放大器的效率達到84%,整機效率達到72%,相對于普通的語音防盜報警器,大大降低了功耗,提高了效率和產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性,減小了體積,節(jié)約成本。
[Abstract]:Bank security alarm system is an important part of bank security system, which is composed of alarm signal detection part, control part and alarm signal sending part. In this paper, the control part of the alarm and the sending out of the voice alarm signal are studied. After analyzing the principle and construction of various existing anti-theft alarm system used in banks and commercial places, and the design of the electric circuit system, the paper mainly studies the control part of the alarm device and the sending part of the voice alarm signal. A new design method of circuit system is proposed, and a kind of speech anti-theft alarm with low standby power and high efficiency is designed. Firstly, in order to improve the efficiency of power conversion, reduce the volume of power supply and reduce the power consumption of the whole machine, based on flyback DC-DC switching power converter, this thesis designs two kinds of switching power supply of standby mode and alarm mode respectively. The low power standby power supply based on TNY274 half-wave rectifier works in standby state to minimize standby power consumption. The constant voltage and constant current main power supply based on Top223Y provides constant output voltage for the load when it is used as a power supply in alarm mode and a constant output current when it is used as the charger of the battery. The main and secondary power supply is switched automatically without voltage difference, which not only ensures the stability of the supply voltage, but also optimizes the circuit design. Secondly, in the majority of the power amplifier, a tracking dynamic DC power supply with adjustable output voltage is designed by using the current-mode PWM control chip KA3525, and a special linear power driving stage is designed by using two complementary Triode and operational Amplifier LM324. A linear power amplifier with variable working voltage is made up of both of them, which greatly reduces the loss and improves the efficiency and the fast protection performance in short circuit. Finally, the system self-test function is designed, including voice chip, power amplifier, rechargeable battery state and so on. In order to prevent the loudspeaker from making a loud sound, the audio signal above 1OKHz is used to detect the DC and AC working state of the power amplifier. In this thesis, the prototype of speech alarm is made, and its performance is tested and analyzed. The measured data show that the overall standby power of this kind of low standby power and high efficiency speech alarm is less than 0.1 W. The average efficiency of the tracking dynamic DC power supply based on KA3525 is 92, the average efficiency of the linear power driving stage with the change of the working voltage is 91, the efficiency of the linear power amplifier with variable working voltage is 84 and the efficiency of the whole power amplifier is 72. In the ordinary voice alarm, It greatly reduces power consumption, improves efficiency and product stability, reduces volume and saves cost.
