【摘要】:測(cè)控裝備多布設(shè)于高山海島,傳統(tǒng)排除故障的手段多是人員乘車(chē)前往或者電話咨詢(xún),由于天氣原因,車(chē)輛原因,人員不在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不能可視化的看到故障現(xiàn)象等因素,往往會(huì)影響排除故障的及時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性;隨著雷測(cè),光測(cè),遙測(cè)等測(cè)控裝備不斷向高集成化,高自動(dòng)化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),都迫切需要我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)一套測(cè)控裝備遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng)。本文從測(cè)控裝備故障診斷的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),以故障樹(shù),故障字典診斷技術(shù)為理論背景,NI公司的虛擬儀器硬件和虛擬儀器測(cè)試技術(shù)[1-2]為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)控裝備遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng)[3-5]。論文首先從實(shí)際裝備的戰(zhàn)術(shù)指標(biāo)分析,研究了裝備故障的特性及測(cè)試部分,選取了虛擬儀器硬件系統(tǒng);根據(jù)故障診斷系統(tǒng)的功能特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了測(cè)控裝備遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。其次,對(duì)系統(tǒng)所用到的理論和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)檢測(cè)故障樹(shù)模型,手動(dòng)檢測(cè)故障樹(shù)模型,詳細(xì)闡述了故障字典原理,采用故障樹(shù)與故障字典相結(jié)合的方式,構(gòu)建了測(cè)控裝備遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng),并將該方法整合到軟件的實(shí)現(xiàn)中。最后,設(shè)計(jì)了測(cè)控裝備遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng)的中心端軟件和裝備端軟件,基于虛擬儀器體系結(jié)構(gòu),選取了適應(yīng)測(cè)控裝備測(cè)試的硬件部件,利用Labview和SQLServr2005實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)控裝備遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中驗(yàn)證了正確性,可靠性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Most of the measuring and control equipment is arranged in the alpine islands. The traditional means of troubleshooting are mostly personnel travelling by car or telephone consultation, due to weather reasons, vehicle reasons, and the fact that the personnel are not able to visualize the failure phenomenon at the scene, and so on. It often affects the timeliness and accuracy of troubleshooting. With the development of lightning, optical and telemetry, etc., the equipment is becoming more and more integrated and automatic. It is urgent for us to design and implement a remote fault diagnosis system for measuring and controlling equipment. In this paper, based on the theory background of fault tree and fault dictionary diagnosis technology, the virtual instrument hardware and virtual instrument testing technology [1-2] of NI Company are considered as the basis of the actual requirement of fault diagnosis of measuring and controlling equipment. The remote fault diagnosis system of measuring and controlling equipment [3-5] is designed and implemented. Firstly, from the analysis of the tactical index of the actual equipment, the characteristics of the equipment fault and the test part are studied, and the hardware system of virtual instrument is selected. According to the functional characteristics of fault diagnosis system, the overall structure of remote fault diagnosis system for measuring and controlling equipment is designed. Secondly, the theory and key technologies used in the system are deeply studied, and the automatic fault tree model and manual fault tree model are designed, and the principle of fault dictionary is described in detail. The remote fault diagnosis system of measuring and controlling equipment is constructed by combining fault tree and fault dictionary, and the method is integrated into the realization of software. Finally, the central software and equipment software of remote fault diagnosis system of TT & C equipment are designed. Based on the architecture of virtual instrument, the hardware components adapted to the testing of TT & C equipment are selected. The remote fault diagnosis system of measuring and controlling equipment is realized by LabVIEW and SQLServr2005. The system is proved to be correct, reliable and effective in practical application.
