【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)制備了基于細(xì)芯光纖(TCF)的馬赫-曾德爾干涉儀(MZI)并進(jìn)行了多參數(shù)測(cè)量傳感研究。傳感器采用兩段單模光纖(SMF)進(jìn)行腰椎放大連接細(xì)芯光纖,形成MZI結(jié)構(gòu)。利用TCF與SMF的纖芯直徑不匹配,在第1個(gè)接點(diǎn)激發(fā)出包層模式,包層模在第2個(gè)接點(diǎn)耦合進(jìn)纖芯與纖芯模產(chǎn)生干涉,利用干涉條紋的波長(zhǎng)漂移實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外界環(huán)境參量的測(cè)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)所用的TCF纖芯的摻Ge濃度較高(約為38mol.%),相對(duì)折射率和熱光系數(shù)較普通SMF大,所以在保證適當(dāng)?shù)淖杂晒庾V范圍(FSR)的前提下,TCF的長(zhǎng)可以減小到2 mm,傳感頭尺寸較小,且傳感結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于溫度的變化十分敏感。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在30~250℃的溫度范圍內(nèi),其溫度靈敏度為70.2pm/℃,并具有較好的線性響應(yīng)度。測(cè)試了傳感器對(duì)折射率、應(yīng)變和彎曲的響應(yīng),獲得的靈敏度分別為-8.12nm/RIU、1.8pm/με和2.07nm/m-1。
[Abstract]:Mach-Zehnder Interferometer (MZI) based on thin core fiber (TCF) was fabricated and multi-parameter sensing was studied. The sensor uses two-segment single mode fiber (SMF) to amplify and connect fine core optical fiber to form MZI structure. The cladding mode is excited at the first contact point by using the mismatch of the diameter of the fiber core between TCF and SMF. The cladding mode is coupled with the core mode at the second contact point to produce interference. The external environmental parameters are measured by the wavelength drift of the interference fringes. The TCF core has a higher concentration of GE (about 38mol 路%), and the relative refractive index and thermo-optical coefficient are larger than those of ordinary SMF, so the length of TCF can be reduced to 2 mm under the condition of proper free spectral range (FSR), and the size of sensor head is smaller.
