【摘要】:近幾年,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的概念越來越深入人心,許多的傳統(tǒng)制造型企業(yè)也正在謀求進行信息技術(shù)升級和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化改造。現(xiàn)在這些制造業(yè)的企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)線管理方面普遍存在著管理效率低下,信息溝通不暢等弊端,企業(yè)都想借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建立起一套先進、高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)來解決這些問題。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在化工、礦山、環(huán)境檢測等領(lǐng)域都已經(jīng)得到了應(yīng)用,但在電工線材制造領(lǐng)域目前還沒有普及起來,許多的企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理依然采用落后的人工記錄方式。本文以某家漆包線生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為對象,研究設(shè)計了一套可以接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的遠程設(shè)備網(wǎng)絡(luò)化實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計上,本文首先對監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計和服務(wù)器推送技術(shù)等相關(guān)理論進行了分析和研究,采用了B/S結(jié)構(gòu)和MVC分層設(shè)計模式,解決了傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的維護不便和實時性差的弊端,實現(xiàn)了在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上對遠程工業(yè)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的實時數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控和管理。本文還設(shè)計與論述系統(tǒng)的總體邏輯架構(gòu)、工作原理、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、功能模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)庫等方面,定義了系統(tǒng)的基本操作功能、設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)控、生產(chǎn)信息管理、預(yù)警規(guī)則設(shè)定和歷史數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計等功能模塊。在設(shè)備運行狀態(tài)實時監(jiān)控模塊設(shè)計中,采用MINA框架構(gòu)建了監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)服務(wù)器與底層工業(yè)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的數(shù)據(jù)通訊服務(wù),并采用服務(wù)器主動推送技術(shù),針對設(shè)備狀態(tài)和預(yù)警通知對實時性的不同要求,分別選用Pushlets框架和Web Scoket來實現(xiàn),將Pushlets框架集成到系統(tǒng)中,實現(xiàn)了設(shè)備狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)和預(yù)警通知的主動推送和動態(tài)展現(xiàn)。在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)上,分別從服務(wù)器端和客戶端兩方面進行實現(xiàn)。服務(wù)端主要是采用開源的Spring MVC+Spring+Mybatis的組合方式進行搭建,通過這種分層模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)降低系統(tǒng)的耦合度,提高了系統(tǒng)的拓展性?蛻舳酥饕菍崿F(xiàn)前臺用戶界面,采用JSP+CSS+JS+ACE的方式進行客戶端界面設(shè)計,然后按照系統(tǒng)的功能模塊劃分逐個功能進行實現(xiàn)。最后,對系統(tǒng)性能和功能進行測試和驗證。本文設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的電工線材制造領(lǐng)域的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場測試,滿足各項性能和功能需求,系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定。系統(tǒng)可滿足最多300個用戶同時訪問,每秒可以處理的請求數(shù)也在300個左右,請求的平均響應(yīng)時間也在毫秒級,對于實時監(jiān)控,后臺服務(wù)器每隔10秒就可以推送一次數(shù)據(jù)到前臺監(jiān)控界面顯示。本設(shè)計為電工線材制造領(lǐng)域提供了一種可行的技術(shù)方案,有力地支持了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理信息化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the concept of "Internet" has become more and more popular, many traditional manufacturing enterprises are also seeking to upgrade information technology and network transformation. At present, these manufacturing enterprises in the production line management are generally inefficient, information communication and other shortcomings, enterprises want to use the Internet to establish a set of advanced, efficient network monitoring system to solve these problems. The networked monitoring system has been applied in the fields of chemical industry, mine, environment detection and so on, but it has not been popularized in the field of electrical wire rod manufacture, and many enterprises still adopt backward manual record method in production management. In this paper, a set of remote equipment networked real-time monitoring system which can connect to the Internet is studied and designed, taking a enamel wire manufacturing enterprise as an object. In the system design, this paper firstly analyzes and studies the architecture design and the server push technology of the monitoring system, and adopts the B / S structure and the MVC hierarchical design pattern. It solves the disadvantages of the traditional monitoring system such as inconvenient maintenance and poor real-time performance, and realizes the real-time data monitoring and management of remote industrial production equipment on the Internet. This paper also designs and discusses the overall logic structure, working principle, communication network, function module and database of the system, and defines the basic operation function of the system, the real-time monitoring of the equipment running state, the production information management, etc. Early warning rule setting and historical data statistics and other functional modules. In the design of the real-time monitoring module of equipment running status, the data communication service between the monitoring system server and the underlying industrial control network is constructed by using the MINA framework, and the server push technology is adopted. According to the different requirements for real-time performance of equipment status and early warning notification, Pushlets framework and Web Scoket are used to realize the implementation, and the Pushlets framework is integrated into the system, which realizes the active push and dynamic display of device state data and early warning notification. In the system implementation, respectively from the server and the client two aspects of the implementation. The server is built by the combination of open source Spring MVC Spring Mybatis, which reduces the coupling degree of the system and improves the expansibility of the system. The client is mainly used to realize the foreground user interface. The client interface is designed by using JSP CSS JS ACE, and then it is implemented by dividing the function modules of the system one by one. Finally, the performance and function of the system are tested and verified. The networked monitoring system in the field of electrical wire rod manufacturing is designed and implemented in this paper. After field test, the system meets the requirements of performance and function, and the system runs stably. The system can be accessed simultaneously by up to 300 users, the number of requests processed per second is about 300, and the average response time of requests is also in milliseconds. The background server can push the data to the front monitor interface every 10 seconds. This design provides a feasible technical scheme for the field of electrical wire rod manufacturing, and supports the production management information construction of the enterprise.
