【摘要】：非分散紅外(NDIR)氣體傳感器是機動車尾氣CO和CO_2檢測系統(tǒng)的核心部件,一般使用定標的方法來計算待測氣體的濃度,針對傳統(tǒng)定標方法生成的定標曲線在低于CO和CO_2滿量程10%范圍內(nèi)擬合優(yōu)度不能滿足實際使用要求的問題,提出了一種基于最小二乘加權擬合法的定標方法,通過對低濃度點賦予更大的權重和增加定標點的數(shù)目來改善定標曲線在低濃度范圍內(nèi)的擬合優(yōu)度.采用該方法的定標結果表明,定標曲線在整個量程范圍內(nèi)的定標誤差均小于2%.所提出的定標方法具有較高的應用價值.
[Abstract]:Non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensor is the core component of the vehicle exhaust CO and CO_2 detection system. The calibration method is generally used to calculate the concentration of the gas to be measured. Aiming at the problem that the calibration curve generated by the traditional calibration method can not meet the practical requirements in the range of 10% below CO and CO_2 full range, a calibration method based on the least square weighted fitting method is proposed. By giving more weight to low concentration points and increasing the number of calibration points, the goodness of fit of calibration curves in low concentration range is improved. The calibration results show that the calibration error of the calibration curve is less than 2 in the whole range. The proposed calibration method has high application value.
