嵌入式智能球鉸鏈設(shè)計及研制

【摘要】:精密球鉸鏈在并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用廣泛,但其在被動運動中,其回轉(zhuǎn)方位及回轉(zhuǎn)角無法自知。基于磁效應(yīng),提出一種霍爾傳感器與永磁體組合的回轉(zhuǎn)方位辨識及角度測量新方法。在球頭上嵌入永磁體,在球窩上植入霍爾傳感器陣列,當(dāng)球頭回轉(zhuǎn)時,霍爾傳感器陣列測量磁感應(yīng)強度的變化,反解出角度信息。在完成理論建模、仿真計算和可行性試驗的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了嵌入式樣機(jī)的研制。在實現(xiàn)信號冗余計算的基礎(chǔ)上,優(yōu)化了反解算法,基本實現(xiàn)了球鉸鏈多維回轉(zhuǎn)角度的實時測量。球鉸鏈也從單純的精密傳動部件轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧瘋鲃雍透袦y為一體的綜合智能部件。隨研究的繼續(xù),其精度將有大幅提高,有望應(yīng)用到精密工程中。
[Abstract]:Precision spherical hinge is widely used in parallel mechanism, but its rotation direction and rotation angle can not be known in passive motion. Based on the magnetic effect, a new method of azimuth identification and angle measurement based on the combination of Hall sensor and permanent magnet is proposed. The permanent magnet is embedded in the ball head and the Hall sensor array is implanted on the ball socket. When the ball head rotates, the Hall sensor array measures the change of magnetic induction intensity and inversely solves the angle information. On the basis of theoretical modeling, simulation and feasibility test, the embedded prototype is developed. Based on the calculation of signal redundancy, the inverse solution algorithm is optimized, and the real-time measurement of multi-dimensional rotation angle of spherical hinge is basically realized. The ball hinge has also changed from a simple precise transmission component to an integrated intelligent component that integrates transmission and sensing. As the research continues, its precision will be greatly improved, which is expected to be applied to precision engineering.
