基于CCD的實(shí)時(shí)成像與微小尺寸測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于CCD的實(shí)時(shí)成像與微小尺寸測(cè)量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由CCD攝像頭、視頻解碼芯片、FPGA、USB芯片和上位機(jī)組成.用FPGA控制視頻解碼芯片獲取CCD攝像頭采集的光學(xué)信號(hào),通過(guò)USB傳給上位機(jī),利用多線程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)控制命令的發(fā)送、圖像數(shù)據(jù)的接收、處理和顯示,以及微小尺寸的測(cè)量.結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)多次測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn)得到系統(tǒng)誤差不超過(guò)3μm,滿(mǎn)足測(cè)量精度要求;通過(guò)選用不同分辨率的CCD,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同精度的微小尺寸測(cè)量.此外還對(duì)雙棱鏡干涉實(shí)驗(yàn)所形成的干涉條紋間距進(jìn)行了測(cè)量,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的功能.
[Abstract]:A real time imaging and micro size measurement system based on CCD is designed. The system is composed of CCD camera, video decoder chip and PC. The optical signal collected by CCD camera is obtained by FPGA control video decoding chip, and transmitted to the host computer by USB. The multi-thread technology is used to realize the sending of control command, the receiving, processing and displaying of image data, and the measurement of small size. The experimental results show that the system error is less than 3 渭 m, which can meet the requirement of measurement precision, and the micro size measurement with different resolution can be realized by using different resolution CCDs. In addition, the spacing of interference fringes formed by the biprism interference experiment is measured, and the function of the system is verified.
