【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,校園網(wǎng)建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為高校環(huán)境建設(shè)不可缺少的組成部分。另外,高校擴(kuò)招效應(yīng)不僅給學(xué)校帶來(lái)了難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也給校園安全管理工作提出了更高的要求。長(zhǎng)春師范大學(xué)在打造“平安校園”的大背景下,為更好地維護(hù)校園秩序和安全,保障學(xué)校教學(xué)、科研工作的順利進(jìn)行,根據(jù)學(xué)校實(shí)際需求,決定投資建設(shè)一套集數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、高清化、集成化、智能化的可視化報(bào)警管理系統(tǒng)。為了使長(zhǎng)春師大校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目得以順利進(jìn)行并投入實(shí)用,更好地為學(xué)校教育教學(xué)和管理提供數(shù)字化服務(wù),本文在深入分析了項(xiàng)目管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合學(xué)校實(shí)際需求全面介紹了長(zhǎng)春師大校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的總體目標(biāo)和整體規(guī)劃,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論,重點(diǎn)分析了整個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中如何有效的進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理。即在項(xiàng)目規(guī)定的建設(shè)周期內(nèi),提出合理的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理實(shí)施方案,并對(duì)施工進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤,若發(fā)現(xiàn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)度與實(shí)際進(jìn)度出現(xiàn)偏離,項(xiàng)目組專家成員應(yīng)及時(shí)找出問(wèn)題原因,并提出合理解決方案,采取有效的應(yīng)對(duì)措施和管理手段保障項(xiàng)目建設(shè)順利完成并實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目預(yù)期目標(biāo)。本論文共分為四個(gè)部分:首先,在第一章緒論部分介紹了項(xiàng)目的研究背景及意義,在對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行深入分析的理論基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、案例分析法、歸納法等項(xiàng)目管理的方法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì);其次,在第二章的內(nèi)容當(dāng)中,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了長(zhǎng)春師大校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目概況、設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)以及實(shí)施流程;再次,第三章中主要闡述了對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理的方案設(shè)計(jì),在進(jìn)度計(jì)劃方面,通過(guò)運(yùn)用類比法、由上而下法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目工作分解,并把該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制工作分成了活動(dòng)定義、活動(dòng)排序、時(shí)間估算、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定等幾方面,在進(jìn)度管理方面,描述了如何運(yùn)用進(jìn)度管理理論對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行跟蹤,將計(jì)劃進(jìn)度與實(shí)際進(jìn)度對(duì)比分析,從而找出進(jìn)度偏離并采取有效措施進(jìn)行糾正;另外,分析了如何從項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)階段、實(shí)施階段、驗(yàn)收階段入手對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理,最終確保項(xiàng)目在計(jì)劃內(nèi)順利完成;最后,在第四章中從組織、技術(shù)、制度三方面介紹了如何對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的順利實(shí)施加以保障。通過(guò)運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理理論與項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度設(shè)計(jì)方案研究,希望對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施提供理論指導(dǎo),同時(shí)對(duì)類似項(xiàng)目提供一些參考依據(jù)和思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology in China, the construction of campus network has become an indispensable part of environmental construction in colleges and universities. In addition, the effect of college enrollment expansion not only brings a rare opportunity for the development of the school, but also puts forward higher requirements for campus safety management. Under the background of creating "safe campus", Changchun normal University, in order to better maintain the campus order and safety, ensure the smooth progress of school teaching and scientific research, according to the actual needs of the school, decided to invest in the construction of a set of digitization. Network, high-definition, integrated, intelligent visual alarm management system. In order to make the construction project of campus network monitoring system of Changchun normal University go on smoothly and put into practice, and provide better digital service for school education, teaching and management, this paper deeply analyzes the theory of project management. Combined with the actual needs of the school, the overall goal and overall planning of the campus network monitoring system project of Changchun normal University are introduced in an all-round way. Using the modern project management theory, the paper emphatically analyzes how to effectively carry out the project schedule management in the whole project construction process. That is, within the construction cycle stipulated by the project, a reasonable project schedule management implementation plan is put forward, and the construction progress is tracked. If the deviation between the planned progress and the actual progress is found, the expert members of the project team should find out the cause of the problem in time. The reasonable solution is put forward, and effective measures and management measures are adopted to ensure the successful completion of the project construction and the realization of the expected goal of the project. This paper is divided into four parts: first, in the introduction part of the first chapter introduced the research background and significance of the project, on the theoretical basis of in-depth analysis of project management, through the use of literature review method, case analysis method, Induction and other project management methods for the project schedule management project design; secondly, in the second chapter, briefly introduced the Changchun normal University campus network monitoring system project overview, design objectives and implementation process; again, In the third chapter, the project design of schedule management of the project is mainly described. In the aspect of schedule planning, the project work is decomposed by using the analogy method and the top-down method. The progress plan of the project is divided into activity definition, activity ranking, time estimation, schedule planning and so on. In the aspect of schedule management, how to track the project with schedule management theory is described. Comparing and analyzing the progress of the plan and the actual progress, we can find out the deviation of the progress and take effective measures to correct it. In addition, we analyze how to manage the progress of the project from the design stage, the implementation stage and the acceptance stage of the project. Finally, it ensures that the project is completed smoothly in the plan. Finally, in the fourth chapter, it introduces how to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project progress from three aspects: organization, technology and system. Through the research of project management theory and project schedule design scheme, this paper hopes to provide theoretical guidance for the smooth implementation of the project, and at the same time to provide some references and ideas for similar projects.
