【摘要】:針對既有時序要求又有推拉楔結(jié)構(gòu)的模具在翻邊過程中出現(xiàn)活動凸模反應(yīng)遲緩、刮料器刮件時制件變形等問題,從模具結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析,通過更換刮料器的動力裝置改善模具對板料的成形性。生產(chǎn)實際驗證:該方案合理,制件成形質(zhì)量良好,生產(chǎn)效率提高。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of slow reaction of active punch in flanging process of the mould with both timing requirements and push-pull wedge structure, and deformation of the parts when scraping parts of the scraper, this paper analyzes the die structure. The formability of die to sheet metal is improved by replacing the power device of scraper. Practical verification: the scheme is reasonable, the forming quality is good and the production efficiency is improved.
