【摘要】：冰箱訂單需求具有一些不確定因素,傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)模型不能準(zhǔn)確描述訂單變化規(guī)律.預(yù)測(cè)精度比較低.為了進(jìn)一步更加準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)出冰箱訂單需求量,采用了將果蠅算法和灰色理論相結(jié)合.構(gòu)建了一種果蠅優(yōu)化灰色神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的冰箱訂單需求預(yù)測(cè)方法.利用灰色系統(tǒng)理論處理訂單產(chǎn)生中的隨機(jī)性,由果蠅算法對(duì)灰色神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)冰箱訂單的準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè).通過(guò)兩組實(shí)驗(yàn),果蠅算法優(yōu)化灰色神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和灰色神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),兩者相比較,果蠅算法優(yōu)化灰色神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提高了訂單需求的預(yù)測(cè)精度,為冰箱訂單需求的預(yù)測(cè)提供了依據(jù).
[Abstract]:There are some uncertain factors in the demand of refrigerator order, and the traditional data model can not accurately describe the law of order change. The prediction accuracy is low. In order to predict the order demand of refrigerator more accurately, a combination of Drosophila algorithm and grey theory was adopted. A forecasting method of refrigerator order demand based on optimized grey neural network for Drosophila was established. This paper deals with the randomness of order generation by using the theory of grey system, and optimizes the parameters of grey neural network by using the algorithm of Drosophila, so as to realize the accurate prediction of the order of refrigerator. Through two groups of experiments, the fruit fly algorithm optimizes the grey neural network and the gray neural network. Compared with the two algorithms, the fruit fly algorithm optimized the grey neural network improves the forecasting accuracy of the order demand, and provides the basis for the forecast of the refrigerator order demand.
