【摘要】：紙卷硬度即紙張卷繞緊度是關(guān)乎分切、包裝、印刷、運輸和下游客戶生產(chǎn)線運行狀況的重要指標。長期以來,國內(nèi)造紙行業(yè)工程師只能依據(jù)目測、手感等這些感性經(jīng)驗作出調(diào)整,由此帶來的不當?shù)姆智小b、運輸破損以及下游加工工藝的屢屢不暢等不良后果。本文介紹的紙卷硬度計RoQ可以精確測量各種紙卷硬度,為紙張的卷取、分切以及下游印刷包裝等工藝參數(shù)的設(shè)定和調(diào)整提供量化的數(shù)值依據(jù)和實際指導意義。
[Abstract]:Paper roll hardness is an important indicator of cutting, packaging, printing, shipping and downstream customer production line performance. For a long time, domestic paper-making engineers can only adjust according to the perceptual experience, such as visual measurement, hand feeling and so on, resulting in improper cutting, packing, transportation breakage and repeated unobstructed downstream processing technology. The paper introduces a paper roll hardness meter (RoQ), which can accurately measure the hardness of various paper rolls, and provide a quantitative numerical basis and practical guidance for the setting and adjustment of technological parameters such as paper coiling, cutting and downstream printing packaging.
